The many other positive reviews say it all: Jill’s house is a quiet, adorable, livable, impeccably clean and perfectly situated gem in Pacific Grove. It made me long for simpler times. We could have stayed longer and would return in a heartbeat. We especially appreciated the decent coffee provided!

Jill’s place was a perfect place to stay on the Pacific Grove. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Easy access to 17 mile road, Carmel, and Monterey. The place had a small sun room, a comfortable living room, a nice bedroom, and a spacious kitchen. It exceeded our expectations.

This cottage is exactly as described is in a perfect location! We were able to walk to many great restaurants and shops. It is so close to Lover's Point and the sun room has a view of the ocean. The cottage is historic and has so much character. Great communication with the host. Absolutely recommend! We will be back!

Quaint little cottage very near the beach. It is an older home, but the interior is very clean and done up as cute as can be! It has just about anything you’d want in a vacation rental. Appreciated the fully equipped kitchen (sorry, no dishwasher - no space for it). Very nice washer/dryer. Bed was comfortable. Loved the little sunroom in the front where you get a glimpse of the ocean. It was a great place to have a cup of coffee or catch up on email. Books to read, games/puzzles, and brochures to peruse. Great location to walk to Lovers Point, or on down to Cannery Row. Would highly recommend.

Seafoam Cottage couldn’t have been in a more excellent location for walking to the annual Little Car Show on Lighthouse Ave. Car Week traffic in the Monterey area can be chaotic at times but outside noise after sunset was only rarely heard during my three nights at the cottage. Everything about this cottage was outstanding. Jill, the owner, is the kind of conscientious host that you thank your lucky stars you were fortunate enough to find a vacation rental that she manages!

We really enjoyed our time at this lovely cottage. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and the property was exactly as described. The bed was also very comfortable.The location was great, sitting very close to an enjoyable walking trail right next to the ocean. It was also incredibly convenient to be able to walk to local restaurants for supper and do some shopping nearby. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

An absolutely beautiful home with an incredible location. Even though our stay was over Memorial Day weekend, and traffic was crazy in the area, we were almost always able to park right at the doorsteps! Perfect location for easy walking to the beach at Lovers Point, or to Lighthouse Avenue where shopping was readily available. We couldn't have found a more ideal rental and look forward to another visit soon!

Great home. Close to the beach. Parking might not be readily available in front of the home so you might have to park on another street. But no big deal. Bed is comfortable and the soap/shampoo/conditioner provided in the shower is a nice bonus. Will return for sure.

Perfect place for two within walking of everything you need. We walked from the house to downtown Monterey everyday following the path. We loved having Lovers Point path basically right across the street. Will definitely be back.

Cute Cottage, very close to the ocean. Parking was a challenge, but location was great. It rained the whole time we were there, so our plans were cancelled or made difficult (hubby golf, wife outdoor spa). We just should have planned better around the ever-changing weather of the peninsula. Overall, a great time.

This is a cozy cottage that is perfect for a couple. The house is very nicely appointed. Its got a great location close to lover's point and close to many dining options. We truly enjoyed our time here and we will probably rent it again in the near future.
