A vacation with all the comforts of home. Sleeps 9 with plenty of summer activities or a serene winter get away. Room for the whole family with an air hockey table and beach nearby on lake Winnipeg. Fire pit in back yard, and shaded, screened in gazebo. Winnipeg beach has so much to offer with a beautiful beach front boardwalk for walking or cycling, live music during summer months by the lake, farmers market, festivals, gimli just a short drive away, golf courses, fishing, and so much more!

Welcome! I live in Winnipeg city. We wanted to created a lovely, comfortable cottage for our guests to enjoy. Every year since we've purchased this cottage 3 years ago, we've done a major renovation starting with adding a second bathroom. We knew that this cottage offering so much space to host would appreciate more than 1 bathroom. The following year, we converted a dilapidated garage into a lovely comfortable gazebo and finally 2026 was no different with an upgraded back deck with sun shades and lights!

Why they chose this property

Winnipeg Beach has so much to offer that includes live music on the summer weekends, boardwalk days, farmers market and a stunning beach. Just a short drive to Gimli which offers its own events and restaurants.

What makes this property unique

We love the log cabin feel of this property but yet offers many conveniences of being in town with restaurants, stores, while still being within walking distance of the beach without crossing the highway.
