The house was exactly as advertised. It is bright, clean and well maintained. There were four of us and we had a great time. The location is perfect to do all the local sites - Spillars Cove, the Community Pasture, Dungeon Provincial Park, the Puffins and Bonavista. Bonnie was quick to respond to any questions we had. Would stay here again and recommend it for other people.

The house is a sweet and clean property full of ocean decorations. Owner's love of this house is everywhere. It is especially fit for family with kids since it provides toys, books and even a big dollhouse to keep kids fun. Thanks Bonnie! Your work makes our tour more memorable!

What makes this property unique

Eastpoint Landing is a beautiful house, located across from the ocean. You can bring a kayak and enter the ocean just across the road into the Salt Water Pond. You can stay close by or leave the pond and enter into the ocean. Once there you can paddle up to the local fishing wharf to see the boats, or paddle across to a popular hiking spot called Murphys Cove. The possibilities are plenty.
