Sleeping up to 4 guests, this apartment is tucked away at the end of a quiet street, just moments from the beach, train station, local cafés and shops. Located only 30 minutes from the Mornington Peninsula and Melbourne CBD by car, it's the ideal base for both city adventures and seaside escapes.

Step inside and you'll be welcomed by the heart of the home, a light-filled open-plan living, dining and kitchen area designed to make the most of the stunning bay views. Large windows flood the space with natural light, creating a calm and inviting atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, while the cosy living area is the perfect place to unwind with a Smart TV, books, and comfortable seating after a day of exploring.

The spacious master bedroom is conveniently located off the living area and features a walk-in robe, private ensuite, and a peaceful space to relax at the end of the day.

Further down the hallway, you'll find the main bathroom complete with a shower and toilet, along with a separate laundry area equipped with a washing machine for your convenience.

The second bedroom comfortably accommodates two guests, making the apartment ideal for couples, families or friends travelling together.

The apartment is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited.
