The home is set up for wheelchair access, featuring ramp access to the house and a wet room/shower with rails. It’s also ideal for fishing trips, with plenty of boat and car parking, a filleting bay, and an easy location close to the many boat ramps. End your evenings in your own private alfresco dining area.
Guest access includes a private entrance and ramp.
You’ll be in a great neighborhood with a short walk to the town centre, cafes, restaurants, and bars, and getting around is easy on foot.
