HOUSE RULES

• Strictly no pets allowed
• Please respect the tranquility of the property and our neighbors – Hence noisy parties are not allowed – noise monitors are fitted.
• Strictly no smoking indoors
• Check-in is after 3:00 pm; checkout is by 10:00 am.
• Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to approval.
• Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am.
• Please take care of your trash during your stay. Additional charges may be applied for excessive waste left in the property.
• Additional guests or visitors must be approved in advance, with a fee applied if not notified beforehand.
