Welcome to Your Wanaka Base - a spacious three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment offering a comfortable base for families, friends and groups visiting Wanaka.

Your Wanaka Base is a stand-alone upstairs apartment within a resort complex, giving you your own private space while also having access to the resort`s fantastic shared facilities. There are steps from the entrance up to the apartment on the top floor, and there is a separate apartment located downstairs.

One of the best things about the apartment`s location within the resort is that the pool is right next door, so it`s just a short walk from your door when you`re ready for a swim or want to make the most of the resort facilities.

Set in a peaceful location with beautiful mountain views, this is more than just a place to stay. Guests can enjoy a heated outdoor pool during summer, a spa all year round, tennis court, gym, games room and BBQ facilities - giving you plenty to enjoy when you`re not out exploring Wanaka.

The apartment comfortably accommodates up to six guests, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The open-plan living area provides a welcoming space to relax together, while the private balcony is a lovely spot to enjoy the mountain outlook.

The well-equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare breakfast before a day of exploring or dinner after a day outdoors.

The garage is compact and access is in a tighter space, so larger vehicles may find it a little snug. There is no need to worry about parking, though - additional parking is available within the complex, as well as directly in front of the apartment.

Whether you`re bringing bikes for summer adventures or skis and snowboards for winter, you`ll have convenient options for both parking and storing your gear.

HOUSE RULES
To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and to respect our neighbours, the following house rules must be followed at all times.

No loud noise after 10:00 pm
As the property is located in a residential area, all outdoor noise must cease after 10:00 pm. Neighbours have been asked to report any disturbances. If you feel this may be difficult to comply with, this property may not be suitable for your stay.

Minimum age requirement
The minimum age for the primary guest making the booking is 20 years old. The primary guest must stay at the property for the full duration of the booking and may be required to provide valid photo ID upon request.
New Year`s bookings: For bookings that include New Year`s Eve (31 December), the minimum age requirement for the primary guest is 25 years old.

No parties without prior approval
Parties, events or gatherings are not permitted unless approved by Lakeview Properties in advance. Any unauthorised event may result in immediate cancellation of the booking without refund. Approved gatherings may incur additional guest fees.

Check-out time – 10:00 am
Check-out is strictly by 10:00 am. Late check-out requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

No smoking inside
Smoking and vaping, including the use of recreational drugs, are strictly prohibited inside the property.

Property condition on departure
Please leave the property in a clean and tidy condition. Additional cleaning beyond the standard cleaning service will be charged at $60 per hour. Any damages, spills or stains must be reported promptly and may incur repair or replacement costs.

Board games (if applicable)
Please return all board games and pieces to their original boxes before departure. A $60 fee will apply if reassembly or sorting is required by cleaners.

BBQ use (if applicable)
The BBQ and all utensils must be thoroughly cleaned after use. Failure to do so will result in a $100 cleaning fee.

Agreement
By confirming your booking and staying at the property, you agree to comply with these house rules and any additional property-specific requirements provided before or during your stay.
