About this property
Cozy Cottage on Skaneateles Lake
Waterfront access is via a private spiral staircase. Guests will have access to our inflatable floating island, canoe, and a variety of inflatable floats for fun days on the water. The Skaneateles Marina (located 1 mile down the road) offers boat rentals, and the property has a mooring.
Property includes parking for up to four cars.
Open first floor includes a spacious, eat-in kitchen with plenty of pots, pans, full size fridge, and dishwasher. Living area has beautiful lake views, full size sofa bed, 46 inch TV with Roku, and tons of games, books, and puzzles. Living area opens onto a deck that overlooks the lake with a gas grill, and dining area that can accommodate up to 6 people.
The upstairs master bedroom has a memory foam queen size bed, a seating area, and a workspace overlooking the lake. The second bedroom has twin size bunk beds. Bathroom has a tub and shower combination, washer/dryer, and plenty of fresh towels and storage for longer stays. Both bedrooms are equipped with quiet, full-room fans that are controllable with remote controls.
We ask that guests read through the house rules in advance of their stay and be respectful of our neighbors and our home. Guests will be liable for any damage to the property.
