About this property

Pet Friendly Farm Stay Glamping in a Victoria Tiny Home

Our 140-acre regenerative farm in Lawrence sits on Dja Dja Wurrung country. We’re turning former grazing land into a diverse, drought-resilient ecosystem. We focus on grass-fed beef and agroforestry, and also have free-ranging geese, ducks, chickens, and friendly dogs.

Guests can hike up the mountain for amazing views, enjoy a cheese platter at sunset, and relax by their own campfire under the stars (May–Dec, weather permitting).

LGBTQIA+ friendly. #TinyHouseVictoria #FarmStay

The Space:

This is nestled on a 10-acre paddock in Lawrence, overlooking a tranquil pond with views of the surrounding valley. Set around 200 metres from the main residence, this peaceful countryside escape is just an hour’s drive from Melbourne.

Explore nearby Hepburn Springs, Clunes, Creswick, and Sovereign Hill, then enjoy local markets, seasonal berry picking, wineries, and charming country experiences.

A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower—making it a perfect choice among relaxing holiday homes.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This tiny home is a powered-unit. As a working regenerative farm, you may hear occasional noise from animals, machinery, or the nearby road. Mud, tall grass, frogs, and insects are all part of the natural experience.

Guest Access:

Guests can access the tiny home and most of the farm on foot, except for private living areas, sheds, and paddocks with livestock. A map of accessible areas will be provided at check-in. Please do not drive vehicles in the paddocks.

Pre-orders are available with 24 hrs notice:

- Firewood packs are $25 per bag (fires permitted only in safe conditions, with little to no wind)

- Local cheese and meat platters, as well as breakfast packs, are available by prior arrangement

Interaction with Guests:

Guests will enjoy your own private space but we are always happy to chat with you.

The Neighborhood:

This is one of several peaceful holiday homes located in rural Lawrence, Victoria. Once a bustling goldfields region, the area is now a thriving agricultural community with restaurants, bakeries, shops, and more. The historic towns of Creswick and Clunes are just a 15-minute drive away.

Explore the region’s top attractions, including the Hepburn Springs mineral spas, historic gold-mining towns like Clunes and Creswick, and Sovereign Hill in Ballarat. For a seasonal experience, visit Morningswood Farm for berry picking.

Browse the Daylesford Market every Sunday, discover unique finds at Amazing Mill Markets Daylesford, or shop for fresh produce at the Creswick Farmers Market, held on the first and third Saturday of each month.

After exploring, enjoy hearty pub meals at Cumberland Hotel, just 2 minutes away, or French pastries at Le Peche Gourmand. For a memorable dining experience, visit Captains Creek Organic Wines for local organic produce and wines in a relaxed vineyard setting.
