LUXVUE isn’t just stylish — it’s a couples-only escape designed to slow you down and warm you up. In winter, the wood fire glows, the lake is wrapped in morning mist, and the spa bath for two is always ready. Direct lakefront views greet you from the deck, the lounge, and even your bed. Every corner is built for comfort, connection, and quiet luxury.


LIVING ROOM
Soft light, gentle heat, and big couches you’ll want to sink into. The plush lounges are draped with cosy throws, perfectly positioned to take in the fire or the full lake view through French doors that open to your private deck. A Smart TV with soundbar and streaming apps is ready for a movie night, and our mesh Wi-Fi means there are no dead spots — you can stream or scroll from anywhere in the house.


DINING & KITCHEN
Whether you’re grazing, roasting, or just heating something up, the kitchen is set for it all — though with so many amazing restaurants, cafés, and cellar doors nearby, you might just spoil yourselves and eat out. Book ahead for the most popular spots. You’ll still have everything you need if you decide to stay in: a pod machine and plunger for your morning coffee (with tea, milk, and sugar ready), plus a full oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and a large fridge and freezer for wine, produce, and local treats.


BEDROOM
Sleep in. Stay in. This king bedroom is made for both, with luxurious linen, a soft doona, and cloud-like pillows. Blackout blinds keep the light out until you’re ready, and an illuminated makeup mirror with stool makes getting ready a pleasure. Guests call the bed “super comfortable” and “perfect for a deep rest.”


BATHROOM
After a long walk or a long soak, this is your private retreat. The jetted spa bath fits two — perfect for champagne and unhurried conversation. There’s also a walk-in shower with excellent water pressure, a large vanity with full mirror, and soft towels waiting. Complimentary bath gel, shampoo, and essentials are stocked, along with a hair dryer.


OUTDOOR AREA
Your private deck is where coffee turns into conversation and wine ends the day. A bistro set for two overlooks uninterrupted lake views. It’s quiet, peaceful, and perfect for stargazing or watching the mist roll across the water in the morning light.


FIREPLACE & FIREWOOD
The wood-burning fireplace is ready for you to enjoy, with enough firewood supplied for your first few hours by the fire. For those who want to keep it going all day, there’s a local supplier — Tonna’s, just 300m up the road — where you can stock up easily.

GUEST ACCESS
From the moment you arrive, it’s entirely yours — no sharing, no interruptions. You’ll have full and exclusive use of the townhouse, your own private entrance with keyless access, and onsite parking right at the door. Inside, it’s quiet, self-contained luxury, made for two.

DOGS — WELCOME BY REQUEST
We love when guests bring their dogs — they’re part of the family. Small, non-shedding indoor pups are welcome with prior approval. The $100/night per dog fee includes a luxury bed and bowls, and we ask that you bring a towel for muddy paws after lake walks. Dogs need to stay off the bed and couch, must be supervised outdoors as there’s no fenced yard, and can’t be left unattended. Please confirm your dog’s details when booking so we can make their stay just as comfortable as yours.

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW
LUXVUE is designed exclusively for two adult guests — quiet, comfortable, and perfect for a slower pace. We don’t host children or infants. Being right on the lake means you may occasionally spot local wildlife or the odd insect — our home is regularly cleaned and treated, but nature sometimes says hello.
