On the 3rd and 4th floor of a small residence (without lift) at the foot of Pleney, less than 200meters from the slopes and a few steps from Morzine village. Surface 30m² + 16m² under the French Carrez law.

- living room with open and equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa-bed and balcony wihth stunning view on the resort

- TV lounge upstairs
