In response to the 1-star review from this guest, I feel it is relevant to share that he and his party broke the wooden coffee table in two places during their stay. They also left a large quantity of trash all over the condo upon check out, and when confronted about these issues, he wrote back stating, "that's what the cleaning fee is for." I found this guest to be quite inconsiderate of the personal property of the owner, as well as of our cleaning staff's time and energies. We have several wonderful reviews from guests who found the condo to be quite comfortable, and I feel this review is simply backlash for my calling attention to their inconsiderate behavior during their stay. It is unfortunate. I certainly hope that this guest leaves other properties in better condition than he left ours, or that others do their due diligence on him and choose not to rent to his party.

I'll have our cleaning girls check the patio...we've had some good thunderstorms lately, and although they make sure it's swept, we do sometimes get storm debris after they've left. We recently had the elevator repaired, so it is in working order. I'm sorry it wasn't working well when you were here. We provide a starter set of paper products...paper towels and TP. We leave typically one or two extra rolls for guest use, but after that, we ask guests to purchase their own extras. I'm glad you have a great time with your girlfriends. Those trips are the best!!!

Hi there, I'm sorry about your disappointing experience. I had tried to troubleshoot with you via text/phone, but I didn't get any response and didn't want to pop over without your knowledge. I went right over after you left to inspect all of the above issues. It was discovered that a GFCI outlet had been tripped by an outdoor pressure washing crew. Once it was reset, the fans and TVs you mentioned being inoperable began functioning as normal. I was not able to recreate any issue with the master toilet and haven't heard about any further issues, so perhaps it was just a one time occurrence. The dishwasher is usable and works well. The coffee pot was a dual drip/pod setup, and it sounds like you were having difficulty with the drip side. I've since added a brand new standard drip coffee maker in the unit and removed the other. While I appreciate your letting me know about these issues, I do wish you'd given me an opportunity to assist you in remediating them while you were there, as everything was a very simple fix and I feel I could have made your stay much more enjoyable.
