Summary:
Our top floor condo is only 5 minutes away from downtown Moab! Near Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, Dead Horse Point State Park, and vast wilderness in between and beyond, our condo is the perfect location for your adventure's home base! Our place is great for couples, business travelers, families (kids too!), and large groups. Take a dip in our pool or soak in the hot tub after a long day of play in the hot desert sun.

Week in moab

A group of 4 stayed for a week. The condo is perfectly spacious for us, looked just like the photos, and was clean. The location just outside of downtown was perfect for us, easy to get anywhere. I messaged the owner a few times and always received a message promptly and they were accommodating of my request. We would definitely stay again!

Great location, communication lacking

This was a nice property with plenty of space for our family of 5 to spread out. It is quiet and away from the busyness of Moab. We visited Arches a few days during our visit and it was only a 10-15 minute drive to the entrance. The house was pretty well stocked with kitchen items although there was no salt which is a staple. The biggest issue we had was communication. We knew there was a grill for use and stopped at the store to get meat to grill for our first night only to find that the gas tank was completely empty. I emailed the owners but no response (there is no phone number or any other way to contact them either). We also had a question about the tv because there is no information on how to use it/what is included. There is a Dish box but it didn’t seem that there were any services for it. Again, some information would be helpful to have. Two days later I emailed again and finally got a response. They dropped a gas tank off that day. I had also emailed with a question about my bill both directly to the company and through VRBO before we left and had to send multiple emails to get a response. So as long as things go well it is a great place but trying to get any questions answered was really tough.

We loved staying here!

The condo was so big, perfect for 5 of us - 4 adults and one teen! We were thrilled with the kitchen, laundry and 2 bathrooms. Noise didn't travel, so there was lots of privacy! It was in the perfect location - close to downtown and Moab and to Arches and other locations not so known. We were very happy with our stay, the fact we could check in on our own with the address and a code. Would highly recommend!

Great spring break trip for the family

Plenty of space and amenities for our family of 4. A few things needed to be replaced (linens and a ripped couch) but it was clean and comfortable.

Positive: Condo was great size with plenty of room. Negatives: Bed in Master Bedroom was broken. The support or frame was not supporting the mattress properly in the middle. It was several inches lower in the middle of the mattress vs the outer edges. I got a horrible night’s sleep for the one and only night we stayed at this property. Also the towels in the bathrooms were like 60 grit sandpaper. Horrible.

Great Stay and Attentive Management

We stayed here for 10 days and Tyler and Haley were incredible with their support. Checkin and out was easy, it was a nice location for my husband, son, and grandson to leave and offroad. I enjoyed my time in the condo sewing and it was a wonderful and relaxing time. The one issue we had was solved and everything else was just perfect. Thanks you again !

Overall, it was fine. I was a little disappointed to see that the picture of the pool from the balcony was not from the balcony of this condo. Also, the sliding door lock was missing--not a huge deal being as it was the third floor, but still not the safest feeling. I was also disappointed in that it seemed they wanted us to wash our sheets? I have never used a VRBO before, so I am not sure if that is common practice--but I was pretty alarmed by that. I didn't feel comfortable thinking that whoever the guest was before me was in charge of washing the sheets I slept on. I paid a cleaning fee and would like to know that the sheets were properly washed. I didn't have time to wash the sheets so we just stripped them-hopefully I misunderstood the email and that was all they were asking. I was impressed with the quick communication to my email I sent, and how comfortable the bed was.

Good location for Arches and Canyonlands

The condo was clean and tidy and good location for Arches and Canyonlands. The carafe was missing from the coffee pot and had to send multiple emails to property management to receive a new one. Other than that it was roomy for a family of four adults.
