Enjoy a quiet, private suite in a peaceful neighborhood. Lovely views of Beluga Lake, mountains and glaciers. One bedroom has a king size bed and the other has a queen. There is a family room with a sofa, table and chairs, TV, Keurig coffee maker, refrigerator, sink and microwave. The sofa converts into a queen-size bed when needed. We are looking forward to welcoming you to Gracie's Homer House!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean! The accommodations had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Grace even went out of her way to write us a card and treat us to some delicious cakes as we were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary spending a couple of weeks traveling the towns of Alaska. Thanks again for a wonderful stay in Homer!

We had a great time staying at “Gracie’s Homer House.” The home was clean and well-stocked, including a welcome gift of fruit and candy. It is in a quiet, pretty neighborhood, and has a beautiful view of Beluga Lake and the mountains.The vacation rental is the upstairs portion of a home occupied by Grace and her husband. She warmly greeted us, but then left us to our privacy (except when she knocked on our door the second day to bring fresh-baked cookies!) This is clearly a labor of love. Highly recommended.

Great Place to Stay

I highly recommend this location. The location was central in Homer, Alaska. The place was clean, easily accessible, very comfortable, and there were lots of amenities. It felt like staying in a luxury hotel!

The appt was private w/ private entrance. It was very clean, lots of windows w/ multi-directional blinds which made it nice to block out adjacent houses giving a sense of country living. The hosts had a wonderful giant platter of delicious fruit on arrival and later some most delicious banana bread. The mini fridge was more like a half fridge and they provided a toaster oven and large microwave. There was a great roomy bathroom w/ shower. All in all it was a great place to stay.

Homer stay

This was a wonderful place. After being on the road for over a week, it made us feel like being at home. The property owner’s were so welcoming and friendly, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Wonderful place!

Gracie's place was amazing! The location was great. It was fully stocked and she had everything we needed. The view out of the kitchen is something we all dream of waking up to. We are so grateful for staying here and would definitely come back!
