Nice air-conditioned villa fully restored with WIFI located a few steps from the wave pool but in a quiet area including :

First floor:
- Large living room with sofa bed and TV, opening onto a 20m2 terrace with garden furniture
- Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, cooking plates, classic oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster... Washing machine
- Toilet

On the first floor :
- 1 air-conditioned master bedroom with 160cm bed, dressing room and en-suite bathroom.
2 air-conditioned bedrooms with 2 beds 90cm with the possibility of bringing them together for a double bed 180cm.
- 1 new shower room and 1 independent toilet.

Linen is not provided but can be reserved on request.
Free access to two collective swimming pools but also to the private one of the lake houses, one heated.

Free access to two collective pools, one heated, one with waves and slides and one private pool reserved for the lake houses.
Without extra charge, access to the tennis court, petanque, volleyball, playground. Animations and shows in summer.
