Marvellous stay in a palatial residence

Wow! Patrick’s Villa really does have the Wow factor- the garden and swimming pool and outside eating area are like being on a set of a film depicting parties round the poolside in the 1920s/30s! It is naturally difficult for the interior of the ground floor apartment to match the exterior, but it’s still pleasant and comfortable. Patrick is a great host, welcoming, knowledgeable about the area and his restaurant recommendations were pretty good. One tip- if you’re using taxis to get around, Uber are far better and more reliable than Bolt.

Gute Lage, schöner Garten mit Pool und Terrasse

Den ganzen Tag scheint die Sonne über die schöne Villa mit Pool und sehr schönem Garten. Dennoch hatten wir genug schattige Plätze am Pool mit Salzwasser, das nicht nach Chlor roch. Für vier Erwachsene ist die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss mit zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder, ausreichend groß und gut ausgestattet. Den Grill fanden wir super. Die Einrichtung mit einzelnen Antikmöbel und Marine-Accessoires, großen Terrassentisch und Antimöcken-Spiralen fanden wir sehr schön. Sehr liebe und zuvorkommende Gastgeber, die in der Villa sehr zurückhaltend wohnen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zwei Autos konnten wir direkt an der Villa hinter verschlossenem Einfahrttor parken.

Wunderschönes Haus mit tollem Grundstück

Wir sind auf dem Rückweg und wir können sagen, dass es ein toller Urlaub war. Das Haus ist super. 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Duschen, 2 Toiletten und im Wohnzimmer das Schlafsofa. Wir waren zu fünft und es passte für uns alles wunderbar. Der schöne Terrassen-, Garten- und Poolbereich ist sensationell. Sehr schön und liebevoll bepflanzt und gepflegt gleicht der Außenbereich einer kleinen Hotelanlage. Wir würden es sofort wieder buchen. Der Garten mit Pool ist sensationell, wird täglich vom Vermieter gereinigt und gepflegt. Die Vermieter sind hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich - leben diskret im Obergeschoss auf dem Areal. Das separat mietbare Studio ist nett eingerichtet, nach unserem Empfinden etwas teuer im Blick auf die gesamten Mietkosten. Hervorragende Lage mit Zugang zu Stränden, Städten und Promenaden. Nous venons de passer 2 semaines dans cette maison, et tout était parfait : la maison est très chouette et bien située, entre Sainte Maxime et Saint Tropez, dans un domaine sécurisé auquel seuls les habitants ont accès. La partie de maison réservée aux locataires correspond parfaitement à l'annonce, avec une belle vue sur le golfe de Saint Tropez et une piscine très agréable. Par ailleurs l'accueil des propriétaires était très chaleureux, ce fut une belle rencontre avec ce couple hyper sympa. In fine, très belles vacances, nous ne pouvons que vous recommander cette location.

Très belle villa et vue fabuleuse !

Nous venons de passer une très belle semaine chez Mr Lanfrey. Idéalement située (entre Sainte-Maxime et Saint-Tropez), la maison offre des prestations fidèles à l'annonce. Tout est réuni pour passer un agréable séjour. Les hôtes sont très gentils et disponibles. Nous conserverons cette adresse pour nos futures vacances dans le sud! A réserver sans hésitations.
