In a private road in a quiet villa with pool and sea view. The villa consists of a dining room, a living room with fireplace, a TV area, an open kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Opposite the house there is a large terrace with a shaded area for lunch and dinner, a patio facing the pool and the golf of Saint Tropez terrace with outdoor lounge, outdoor barbecue. Parking for 3-4 cars.
The house is located 2 minutes from the beach of Beauvallon and its yacht club, 5 minutes from the 18 hole golf course of Beauvallon, near Grimaud Port, St Maxime and Saint Tropez.

Tolles großes Haus mit toller Aussicht auf Saint Tropez.Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und konnten zwei Mal ein Feuerwerk ĂŒber Saint Tropez bewundern.Die Ausstattung ist gut, Schlafzimmer klasse und KĂŒche BĂ€der auch zweckmĂ€ĂŸig.Wir wĂŒrden wieder kommen.Etwas schwierige Anfahrt, nicht geeignet fĂŒr die Zufahrt mit einem breiten Auto/Van.

Wunderschönes Anwesen mit herrlichem Blick

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen in diesem tollen Anwesen erlebt. Nur waren die RĂ€ume innen ein bisschen schmuddelig. Ansonsten hat es uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett. Wir wĂŒrden dieses Objekt jederzeit wieder buchen.

La maison de DaphnĂ© est telle qu'elle est dĂ©crite: ancienne, pleine de recoins, chaleureuse, trĂšs calme, avec une vue Ă©poustouflante! On s'est tout de suite senti... comme Ă  la maison! Nous Ă©tions Ă  7 (nous, les parents et nos trois enfants, dont deux avec leur compagnon), tous ont trouvĂ© leur place. Et mĂȘme en novembre, on a pu profitĂ© de la piscine et du jardin. On reviendra!

Sehr charmantes Haus mit toller Aussicht

Das Haus liegt wunderschön gelegen auf einer Anhöhe mit Aussicht auf die Bucht und Stadt Saint Tropez. Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und benötigt einen kleinen Neuanstrich. Es ist aber auch sehr charmant und unkompliert. GemĂ€ss der Aussage der Vermieterin wird kommendes Jahr eine neue KĂŒche montiert. Danke nochmals und beste GrĂŒsse Attila

Accueil formidable et chaleureux, maison propre, jardin trĂšs bien entretenu. Nous sommes triste d’avoir quittĂ© ce petit havre de paix, tout Ă©tait parfait. Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour chez DaphnĂ©. La maison est merveilleuse, tout est bien entretenu, propre et la dĂ©coration est soignĂ©e. La vue mer est magnifique. Les diffĂ©rents espaces extĂ©rieurs sont trĂšs agrĂ©ables. ValĂ©rie la gardienne toujours prĂ©sente au moindre soucie ainsi que DaphnĂ©. L’accueil est irrĂ©prochable. Je recommande vivement cette location. Nous reviendrons plus longtemps avec plaisir.

ACHTUNG! Haus ist in sehr schlechtem Zustand

ZunĂ€chst die gute Nachricht: Das Haus an sich ist architektonisch sehr schön mit guter Raumaufteilung, großzĂŒgigem Außenbereich mit Pool und herrlichem Blick auf die Bucht von St. Tropez. Alles so wie in der Beschreibung und auf den Fotos. ABER: Das Haus und der ursprĂŒnglich sehr schön angelegte Garten sind total ungepflegt und in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Es ist offensichtlich, dass dort jahrelang nichts gemacht wurde. UND NOCH VIEL SCHLIMMER: Das Haus wurde seit lĂ€ngerem schon nicht mehr richtig gereinigt. Alles ist verstaubt und schmutzig. Lichtschalter, Steckdosen, Regale, SchrĂ€nke alles sehr dreckig. Auf den Kassetten der TĂŒren findet sich Staub von Monaten. Insbesondere die BĂ€der mussten erst von uns gereinigt werden, bevor sie benutzbar waren. Wir mieten schon seit ĂŒber zehn Jahren HĂ€user in dieser Region und haben so etwas noch nie erlebt. Die Vermieterin Daphne war zwar sehr bemĂŒht und hat angeboten, dass wĂ€hrend unseres Aufenthalts noch mal nachgereinigt wird. Das hĂ€tte aber aus unserer Sicht keinen Sinn gemacht, da es Tage dauern wĂŒrde bis das Haus in einem adĂ€quaten Zustand ist. Sehr schade um das eigentlich tolle Haus.

Dommage tout est trĂšs sale, vaisselle Ă©brĂ©chĂ©e, cuisine trĂšs sales. Jardin pas du tout entretenu, linge de lit douteux. Jamais eu une location aussi sale . Vraiment dommage. Il n’y a qu’une seule personne pour l’entretien intĂ©rieur. Jardin depuis longtemps pas entretenu. Piscine impeccable.

Ein wunderschönes Anwesen mit viel Garten , Sitzmöglichkeiten und Extras. Alles schön angeordnet fĂŒr einen Urlaub zum entspannen. Gartenmöbel super ausreichend und gepflegt. Ausreichend Platz auf dem GrundstĂŒck fĂŒr die Fahrzeuge. Im Haus alles vorhanden aber wir waren nur draussen. Traumwetter , Traumhaus,Traumurlaub !

Typisch sĂŒdfranzösisches Haus mit toller Lage

Wer ein sĂŒdfranzösisches Haus mit uneinsehbarem, schönem Garten sucht, ist hier richtig. Viel Charme und ein toller Blick auf Saint-Tropez. Gastgeberin Daphne hat jederzeit auf unsere Anliegen schnell und unkompliziert reagiert. Lediglich das WLAN war zu schwach (fĂŒr 3 Teenagern). Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Le descriptif est conforme aux photos, nous n'avons eu aucunes mauvaises surprises à notre arrivée. La vue sur le golf de saint tropez est à couper le souffle. Elle est magnifique, plus belle que sur les photos. Les espaces extérieurs sont bien aménagés. La maison est agréable et bien entretenue, les propriétaires sont adorables, ils nous avez mis à disposition les bonnes adresses et les activités touristiques à faire dans le coin. Nous avons découvert port grimaud avec les petits bateaux sans permis, je vous le recommande. Mon mari faisait de la planche à voile au club nautique à la plage en bas de la maison. Nous pensons réserver à nouveau cette maison l'année prochaine.

Nous avons Ă©tĂ© merveilleusement bien accueilli par la maĂźtresse de maison de maniĂšre trĂšs chaleureuse. Un dĂ©jeuner Ă©tait prĂ©vu Ă  notre arrivĂ©e avec une bouteille de rosĂ© au frais. AprĂšs 8h de route, nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© cette attention. La maison est trĂšs bien situĂ©e Ă  5min de la plage de Beauvallon, oĂč les enfants ont profitĂ© du club nautique et se sont fait des amis. Elle est dans un chemin privĂ©e, au calme et au milieu des cigales. La maison est bien dĂ©corĂ©e, le linge est propre et de qualitĂ©. Je recommande vivement cette maison pour des vacances avec enfants, tout est fait pour se sentir bien et se relaxer. On reviendra l'annĂ©e prochaine.
