A very pleasant, fully equipped, bright, and cosy 22-square-meter studio in a tourist residence near city centre.
Located on the ground floor and facing due south, you can admire the sunsets every evening from your balcony, with views of the mountains, the Cerdagne plateau, and its valleys.
You’ll enjoy a truly delightful mountain holiday that will create unforgettable memories!
The studio features a cosy living room with a sofa bed that converts into two single beds (80/190), a TV, and a functional, fully equipped kitchenette (refrigerator, hob, grill/microwave combo, dishwasher, range hood, Senseo coffee maker and filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette machine, cooking utensils, and dishes provided), a bathroom (sink, bathtub, toilet), a large balcony, and plenty of storage space.
The residence offers free parking spaces, a laundromat (coin-operated), an outdoor pool, and a paddling pool for toddlers (open during the summer season, July–August), a heated semi-covered pool (open during the summer months of July–August and the winter months from December through April!), a ping-pong table, and communal areas.
Linens (sheets, pillowcases, towels, etc.) are not provided but can be rented from the property’s concierge service.
You are responsible for cleaning the unit.
The residence is located right next to city centre Font-Romeu and offers free parking.
You’ll be less than a 10-minute walk from the post office and Font-Romeu’s high street, with its many shops, stores, bars, and restaurants.
Access to the ski area is available via a free SKIBUS shuttle (with a stop right at the residence’s entrance) to the gondola stations (departure/arrival at the Font-Romeu Tourist Office) or by car (several free car parks).
Font Romeu is a sunny, family-friendly resort in a prime location.
It’s ideal for fun outdoor activities in the great outdoors, both in winter and summer, to be enjoyed with family or friends.
You can enjoy its ski area for all ages, its dog sledding, its many hiking and mountain biking trails, its proximity to Spain and Andorra, as well as several natural hot springs rich in sulphur and minerals—ideal for relaxation, rheumatic or muscular pain, and for skin and hair care (the baths at Llo, St. Thomas, or Dorres).
Not to mention nearby attractions: bowling, casino, cinema, nightclub, golf, mini-golf, sports facilities, fitness trails, Lac des Bouillouses, and more.
A ski resort in winter, a holiday village in summer—you won’t find a sunnier destination in the Pyrenees!
