FLORIDA BEACH is a nice air-conditioned studio with a balcony. It is ideally located a few steps from the Promenade des Anglais and its many beaches. The tramway stop "Centre Universitaire Méditerranéen", 2 stops from the hyper center is at the foot of the building.



The apartment is fully equipped, so you will appreciate its layout, which makes the space friendly and good to live in.

You will be seduced by the terrace where you can have a glass of rosé in the evening after your long walks in the streets of Nice.



Heating: Heating is collective and managed by the building. Start-up is scheduled for mid-November to mid-December. Shutdown is scheduled for mid-April. Start-up and shut-down dates depend on the local climate and the building manager.
