You will be able to wake up with stunning views overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and its fresh sea breeze right out side the front door. The powder white sand of Sunset Beach is just foot steps away where you can relax and enjoy the sound of waves crashing and the sand between your toes. This property is on the 3rd floor and is walking distance to a scenic boardwalk and the famous Caddy’s On The Beach restaurant. Only 1 parking pass is provided for 1 vehicle. The property also features a keyless entry for guests’ convenience. A coin-operated washer and dryer is also available on each floor near the elevators.

Great unit and experience

This unit is right on Sunset Beach. Heated swimming pool. Very spacious. Clean and quiet. Very comfortable living room. Some issues with the plumbing in the hallway bathroom which the manager is addressing. Beds are very comfortable. Wonderful walk in shower in the master bedroom bathroom.

Beautiful view - but condo is pretty outdated

Overall good - but had some issues while at condo - battery dead in door lock, blinds stuck up in living room and couldn’t put down, toilet moldy and filthy (had to clean myself), sink backed up in kitchen and shower door in master bathroom fell off. So needs some TLC.
