This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo was thoughtfully remodeled in late 2019 with new flooring, appliances, furniture, and an upgraded air conditioning system. The primary suite includes a king-size bed, A/C, and its own TV, while the second bedroom features a double bed and additional TV. The living room also includes A/C, a third TV, and plenty of space to relax. The fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, beach towels, and WiFi ensure all the comforts of home.

A clean and convenient location.

The accommodations were great. Comfy beds, full kitchen, clean and cozy. I didn’t realize how far we were from the beach and was disappointed that no beach views or sounds but overall a good experience.

Beautiful Condo in Princeville

We loved our stay in this Princeville Condo! It was sparkling clean, the AC worked wonders, and the property managers were great communicators. The master bathroom is beautiful, the kitchen is fully equipped and we loved enjoying morning coffee on the patio surrounded by the tropical landscaping. You are located within walking distance to a shopping center with a market, restaurants, and yoga studios (check out Waves Kauai!). Would highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful condo in an ideal location!! Would stay here again.

Booked this at the last minute when we had to relocate last minute due to the Maui wildfires. Have stayed in a Plantation condo on a previous trip and know this complex is maintained and ideal for the most relaxing vacation. This unit was wonderful and open and airy and clean and beautiful. Enjoyed coffee on the lanai every morning. Made great meals and used the bbq and jacuzzi almost every night. This property is located along the golf course in Princeville and was perfect for morning walks and sunset views just down the street in the overlook spot. Will absolutely stay here again. This property is everything you see in the photos and the bed is very comfortable and the master bathroom is huge! The Plantations at Princeville is the best place to stay when you come to Kauai. Thank you so much!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Here is what went well: kitchen is brand new with all new equipment and dishes and they thought of everything you would need. The living room was super modern and couch was relaxing.Here is what was disappointing: although they offered to send maintenance and we declined, the lightbulb in the master bathroom was out and the toilet Wouldn’t flush unless you jiggle the handle. Overall, some parts felt new and other parts were not well maintained (like the holes patched up in the wall, there were yellow specks on the bathroom wall and baseboards.If you are expecting immaculate, don’t expect that. Whoever cleans doesn’t do a thorough jobBut my kids had a fabulous time in their room. The pool rocks. The unit is close to the pool. The floor was clean! Like I said, mix and match. Some good some okay!

Great Place!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was great! We loved the layout (open kitchen, living room, dining area) and the place was really updated and modern, with AC. Kitchen: Amazing, spacious, with plenty of cookware, glassware, and storage. Bedrooms: Comfortable beds (seems very new), ceiling fans for airflow in both. Bathrooms: Both had tub showers, and the master bedroom has a nice double vanity and a huge shower. Nice walk-in closest as well to store our bags and hang a few things. The property has a really pretty pool with a waterfall and jacuzzi. There are also grills on the property (we didn't use them) in the pool area for grilling. And, you can easily walk or hike to some great hidden beaches in the neighborhood. We'll be back!
