The Best View in Newport

The photos do not do this property justice. It is simply...stunning. The views of the water greet you immediately. Looking out across the water you get to see a multitude of the mansions on Cliff Walk. Very easy access to downtown Newport. The home itself is comfortable, large and the perfect place to gather with family and friends. The whole process was easy, the home is well appointed and we are already ready to go back!

Great location and beautiful views. We had some rainy days but the view from the house made up for it. Close to the cliff walk, mansions, shopping and restaurants.

Hidden Gem

Beautiful ocean views while relaxing on the decks, in the living room, master bedroom or while in the hot tub. This lovely property is tucked away in a very quiet neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of Newport tourism. The owners were very responsive and everything was perfect upon check-in. I would highly recommend this property for your next vacation.

Amazing home and stunning location

This property is the perfect place to stay to get away to relax but have access to all of the great activities and restaurants in downtown Newport. Also a bike ride to the beach! Definitely recommend this home. Homeowners were easy to work with and very accommodating. Loved it!

Great Newport Experience

The property is lovely and fresh and clean and bright with up to date furnishings. Views are gorgeous, as well as the ocean sounds - especially from the primary bedroom. Great sleeping! Would definitely rent again. Adult children (18-23) and grandparent also enjoyed it!

Wonderful family stay

We celebrated my mothers 90th birthday with just her 5 children this fall. The home is so welcoming, and a perfect spot to unwind, catch up with family and share stories in great living spaces thru out the house. Our plans were to explore Newport, but we opted to chill most of the time listening to waves splash against rocks below and bask in unseasonably warm weather on the patio. With Rhode Island Providenc being my Moms birthplace, it was a memorable trip for her and us. Thank you to the Hollands for sharing your home.-Leslie

85th Birthday Celebration

We were lucky enough to rent this beautiful home to celebrate my father's 85th birthday. The location is amazing, the property beautiful and the owners so nice and easy to work with. The house easily accommodated the 3 generations of our family and everyone had an incredible time! Looking forward to a return visit very soon!

Wedding Weekend

Eight family members ranging in age from 38 to 80 stayed at this beautiful property. We loved the view & location was perfect to get to all of the wedding events in Jamestown & Newport. Only 1 recommendation - we all agreed that more bath towels are needed to accommodate eight guests. We had to wash towels daily, so that we all had clean towels.

Best Place EVAH!

The Newport area is one of our favorite places and this home is our favorites. It was open and spacious with tall ceilings for the tall members of our family. We had great sunsets overlooking Easton Beach towards the cliff walk and the mansions beyond. What a great location to see the sights and enjoy the restaurants and natural beauty.

This property was perfect for us. We had our three grandchildren as well as our 3 adult children and one son in-law. We were close to the beach, Newport shops and restaurants. The home had everything and anything that we needed!

An amazing location with just remarkable sunset views. Large home that easily accomodated my adult children and grandson. Barely a mile to to venue of my son's wedding and directly across from the Cliff Walk. Wow! A huge thank you to Hollands for sharing their home. The kids are already talking about 'the next time'.

The ULTIMATE Newport Experience

We thought we knew and experienced Newport, but our stay at Kerri & Brian's place took it to a whole new level. The location, quality of the house and views are breathtaking. We were up for our daughter's wedding and the weather was not 100% cooperating, so the house became the backdrop and "spot" for the photos and "morning of" activities. PERFECT. A memory was created for us here - and we will certainly be back to make more. We've done beautiful home rentals around the world - and this now tops our list.

Beautiful Home

This home is amazing! The views are incredible and the home is like living in a Serena and Lily catalog. Every room is so well thought out and tastefully decorated. Absolutely perfect layout for our family. We stayed here for the week leading up to our daughter's wedding and couldn't be happier. The home was a great backdrop for her photos and general prepations. Great location to Newport's various restaurants and parts of town. We are so happy we found this spot. Kerri & Brian, First and foremost, thank you for having us as guests in your beautiful home. The necessities, throughout were well thought out and appreciated. The home was a gorgeous view and white interior a plus. Hot tub had dirt on bottom and unable to locate change of temperature and arrival had it at 65. No internet tv and maintenance services never received to assist with problem. The grill should be off property it was rusty and no tank. Kerri was helpful as much as she could be, but off sitegelp was not available

Beautiful Week in Middletown

We had an incredible week at this beautiful home in Middletown, Rhode Island. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the layout of the house—with spacious, comfortable bedrooms—made it ideal for our family.
