Please note this is not a party house. We are located in a quiet neighborhood with an enforced noise ordinance. Can not accommodate more than 10 guests due to city rules and regulations. You will be fined if it is broken. Located on Historic Hill. Close to Thames and Washington Square. 3100 gorgeous square feet. Recently Renovated. Steps from the cobblestone lines street of downtown Newport. Historic charm with modern amenities.

Newport House

Overall great experience. House was clean. Host was very nice and accommodating. She was able to provide us with updated photos for reference. We had a lovely family Thanksgiving gathering. Thank you so much Jennifer!

Beautiful property in great location!

We stayed here with a group of friends for a wedding on Goat Island, and this house was conveniently located and offered plenty of space for us to get ready. Highly recommend!

Perfect for our wedding weekend

This house was perfect for our family ranging in age from 18 mo.~70(although you must be able to climb stairs to access the bedrooms). Great location for enjoying Newport on foot. The house very well equipped. We had no need to communicate with the property manager.
