Cozy

A cozy little mountainside getaway. A little bit of a hike to the cabin from the parking lot, but otherwise great! Close to town and many dining and entertainment options. We would stay again for sure!

Quaint and cute, yet overpriced

While the location was great, a few things caught my attention that negatively impacted my stay. While on the vrbo site, the owner is friendly, however, the organization of the day to day and friendliness of owner seemed to be lacking. Also, for safety reasons, I knocked down a star. The railing on the the porch was rotting and pieces had fallen off as well as the deck furniture being frayed and falling apart. The shower pressure was limited but the water was hot which was nice. The bed was comfortable and the heating and cooling system worked well. Overall I was satisfied with my stay but probably would not return for another trip.

The cabin being located so close to the road wasn’t what you imagine when booking a secluded mountain getaway, but all in all it was a great experience.

Does Not Disappoint!

We stayed in the Sunrise cabin for a quick one-night staycation, and it did not disappoint! Javi at the front desk made check-in quick and easy. The area was quiet, but not too secluded, which we appreciated. We were hoping there would be a hiking trail on the property, but there was not. Javi did tell us that there were a few trails near by, but we opted to explore one of the wineries he recommended instead, which was also great. It was just the kind of overnight staycation we were looking for. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a great stay.
