Adult couples weekend getaway celebrating a birthday. House was great for 8, kitchen was well stocked, we didn’t need anything. Had a great time and would go back!
Lovely cabin and setting on a river. I would call it rustic luxury ( I just coined that phrase!) Christine was very solicitous in her communications, but she had so much local information right at our fingertips, we really didn’t need to reach out further. My grandson loved the game room, but the hot tub was the overall winner for him. Would love to come back in the summer to go tubing or fishing on the river! We’ll be back!!
Beautiful, private, peaceful getaway for the family! We enjoyed many nearby attractions and activities, as well as just relaxing in the river or around the fire. The host did a great job making us feel like it was our home away from home. Would love to return again in the future!
We had the best girls weekend at this cabin! It was nice to get away and “disconnect”. Definitely recommend staying here! For future guests highly advise using GPS coordinates and Apple Maps if using an iPhone!
Wonderful house on a beautiful site Many stairs which may be problematic for some. The roads entering and leaving the property can be challenging. The house is very good for entertaining families with many opportunities to enjoy the river and mountains.

This was so close to waterfalls, wineries and Dahlonega town center.
The cabin was well equipped with everything you need, even a gold pan! Very clean and well furnished with cozy& luxurious touches. The towels smelled amazing!! The hot tub felt refreshing after a day tubing on the river and we enjoyed our coffee on the porch every morning, listening to all the sounds of nature. Our host was very responsive to any questions we had and we hope to visit again sometime. There’s so much to see in this area- vineyards, waterfalls, beautiful mountain drives, and more.
The cabin was very clean and full of personal touches. We had a great time tubing on the river and making s’mores in the outdoor fireplace. It was lovely and relaxing, and we would definitely come here again.
Our family had a wonderful time at this cabin! The outdoor fireplace and view were our favorites! We would definitely return during warmer months to take advantage of the river activities.

Glad you enjoyed your stay - it was a pleasure to host you. THANK YOU!
This was a very secluded property but the gravel road was not bad at all. We saw a deer and her fawn cross the river, also a black bear crossing as well. The river otters and their little ones were a delight to watch every morning. The river view is beautiful. We enjoyed playing around in the river in front of the cabin on the small kayak we brought with us. Lots of deck space to relax on. The gravel road was great for morning walks. One of the cleanest properties we've stayed at. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
It was a perfect location. Secluded with water access, a wonderful deck and plenty of space in the cabin. Dave was a great host and we all enjoyed ourselves tremendously.

Exceptional hospitality & cleanliness is what we would expect any place that we rent to have (but often isn't) so we strive to offer guests that quality experience. Glad that you enjoyed it!
Close to all the places I wanted to take my out of town guest to visit.
Hot tub was so nice after a day of wine tasting, hiking, and shopping.
We really enjoyed our stay. Only wish it was longer.
