The bright, newly furnished and renovated in 2012 apartment is located in a sousterrain 2Familienhauses in a quiet residential area near Westpark. The approximately 40 square meters large apartment has an entrance hall with storage space for suitcases etc. and a cloakroom area with a large mirror, a modern, spacious bathroom with underfloor heating, bath / shower and toilet and a bright, combined living room / bedroom with integrated kitchen and eating bar. The living room / bedroom is modernly furnished with 2 single beds, a TV couch, extra folding bed for a third person, a wardrobe, TV with Telekom Entertain program, radio with CD player.
The kitchen is fully equipped including 2 E-burner stove with dust suction, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishes. The windows can be darkened light-tight if necessary.

Wi-Fi and LAN (VDSL 50000) can be used free of charge. Washing machine (coins) and dryer and ironing room of the landlord can be used. Car parking space at home and always sufficient public parking.
