We enjoyed the private beach access and quietness in the area. Very nice spot for privacy. Did take a little more effort backing out when it was time to leave. We had a 32 ft bumper pull camper, but we were able to back out with a little effort. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the location.

This was a great weekend camping trip for our family from Panama City. Having a private camping site directly on the gulf with full hook ups was amazing. We were able to bring our dog and spend lots of time on the beach including having a fire on the beach at night. It was a perfect little getaway for us.

The property was just as described, and it was pet friendly. The beach view was visible from the front seat of our motorhome. We enjoyed that the path was cleared for walking to the beach as well.

There was a bag of trash that hadn’t been cleaned up on the entrance. Lot is set up backwards for back in. Is not big rig friendly. 40 ft and could not back in. Beach is great and very quiet area.

Thank you for your feedback—we appreciate you staying with us. We do wish we had been notified about the trash during your stay, as we would have taken care of it right away. Being on the Cape, wildlife (including bears) can occasionally get into trash bins, but we’re always happy to address anything that comes up. Regarding the lot layout, we do outline the setup in the listing so guests can determine if it’s a good fit for their rig. While it may not have worked well for your particular setup, many guests with motorhomes and travel trailers find it to be an easy pull-in arrangement with plenty of room to maneuver. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the beach and the quiet area—that’s one of our favorite parts as well. Safe travels!

This is the second or third time we have stayed here. We love the location! It’s perfect for us. Watch for ticks on your dogs etc. we found 3 during our stay (part of being in nature!)

Glamping with an ocean view!

Peaceful with a short walk over the sand dunes to the beach. We took our bikes and enjoyed the bike paths in the afternoons.

Great private RV location on the Gulf

Great location on Cape San Blas! If you are looking to be steps away from the beach and you love nature this is the spot for you! Lots of wildlife and an incredible walkable beach. Hear the wave crash from your RV.
