Mixing the charm of the old with its exposed beams and brick walls, and contemporary design, everything is combined to ensure you a most pleasant stay: 3 beautiful bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, modern loft-style living room, exteriors that invite relaxation with swimming pool and view on nature. Linen provided, you just have to put your bags down. We look forward to welcoming you!

The accommodation :
The house was built in 1880 and was completely renovated in 2021:

Ground floor:
- Large loft-like living room, bright thanks to its openings to the outside, fitted out with a relaxation area with a sofa, three armchairs and a TV; and a dining area for 8 guests.
- The kitchen opens onto the living room and is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, crockery and cutlery, washing machine with dryer...
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm). You will have private access to the garden from bedroom 1.
- Bathroom 1: Italian shower, washbasin and WC.
- Bathroom 2: bath, washbasin and WC.

On the first floor:
- Bedroom 2: queen-size double bed (160 cm x 200 cm).
- Bedroom 3: a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm) and a sofa bed. This room is ideal for a couple with a child.

Outside:
- Beautiful private terrace of 50 m² facing East, and furnished with dining table for 10 people, barbecue, sofa, cocoon swing chairs.
- The pool is shared with the owners and is unheated, measuring 4.5 m x 9 m, open from May to September. The pool is secured by a glass fence, so that you can enjoy the beautiful view of nature. Opening dates are non-binding and subject to weather conditions.
- Large garden of 2000 m² shared with the owners and facing north-east, the garden is landscaped and planted with vines, roses, figs, pears, walnuts and fine herbs... Hammock available in summer in the garden.

Surroundings:
The villa is located in a green setting, surrounded by fields, it will be the ideal place for a peaceful and relaxing stay punctuated by the field of birds. The town of Lavaur is 5 minutes away by car where you will find everything you need: supermarkets, leisure centre, parks...

- Pastry shop "Laissez Lucie Faire".
- La Fabrique: pizzas, burgers, wine shop, wine bar.

Activities :
- Cycling, walking in the countryside.

- Visit the surrounding towns: Lavaur, Albi, Toulouse, Lautrec, Gaillac, Carcassonne...
- Less than 15 minutes away: Centre Céramique Contemporaine de Giroussens, Martels gardens, Buzet forest...

- Private parking on site, secured by a gate, for 2 cars.
- Lavaur train station 9 minutes away by car.
- Toulouse-Blagnac airport 40 minutes away by car.
