The house was beautiful, it needs a few upgrades, but I believe the owners are currently working on that. The pool and hot tub were very clean and the host had many floats to lounge around. The host were great to work with and communicated very promptly. I would definitely go back!

Fabulous house for our multi-generational family. They thought of everything as far as stocking the house with more than ample supplies like dishes, cooking pots, paper supplies, etc. The screened in lanai was the best place in the house--so cool being on the water, comfy couches and beautiful view. Our favorite spot. It was nice to see the great condition of the furniture, especially the outside chairs which tend to get weathered. Family enjoyed the hot tub and pool, and the kitchen was beautiful with lots of counter space. Just can't say enough about this house, and communication with host was great. We definitely will plan to stay there again.

Great Family Getaway

This home lived up to the billing. There are a few minor repairs needed, but nothing that hampered our stay. The host was super easy to contact and prompt to answer any questions. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful place!

We had a wonderful 2-week stay here with our 5 kids. The house was even more spacious and beautiful than we expected. For the first two days I literally walked around randomly exclaiming, “This place is fantastic!” The pool and hot tub were perfect, too. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed our stay

This home worked great for our annual Florida vacation!! Lots of room for everyone to sleep. The kids loved the canal and the pool. We spent one whole day just at the house swimming and relaxing. It's about a 40 minute drive to go St Augustine and Daytona.

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

This property was a dream come true for our family! It had everything we could ask for in a vacation home. The spacious, clean, and well-equipped layout was perfect for both gathering together and finding a quiet retreat. The pool, breathtaking view, and outdoor living areas were simply incredible. We loved fishing off the dock and kayaking, too! We can't wait to return next year.

One of the best for us

Communication was great. Location ideal. Having the pool was a good portion of entertainment. The house is set up nice and had everything or more.
