We had several issues which were addressed promptly by Tracy.
The outside of the property is not very appealing. Weeds overgrown, cats were living under the trailer (they were removed and trailer was sealed up).
There were dirty dishes in the cupboard, coffee pot had mold in it (a new pot and coffee were sent to us immediately).
Always enjoy Bullhead City even in the summer. This was a mid winter stay and a welcome relief from the weather in Michigan. Had a nice stay. Every night we would lose the internet connection for two to three hours. A little frustrating as the tv is streaming. Property close to the park but also next to a busy intersection. Lots of traffic even late night and early morning. This was our first VRBO stay and would definitely do again. Tracy is a great host with a very nice property in Bullhead City.
