## The space

On the ground floor, a bright, large living room opens onto a fireplace, with an adjoining dining room. The renovated kitchen (April 2026) is fully equipped with a Nespresso machine, kettle, microwave, oven, dishwasher and toaster. A ground-floor suite has its own shower room. Upstairs, three more suites each offer a private shower room and either a balcony or terrace. The villa offers 315 m² of stylishly decorated space in a modern style. WiFi covers the whole house. Underfloor heating on the ground floor and electric heating upstairs keep you comfortable. The indoor pool is heated all year between 26°C and 28°C. An outdoor sauna and hot tub let you relax any time.

## Guest access

You have private access to the entire villa, garden and pool. The villa is not suitable for people with reduced mobility (no ramps, elevator, or wide doors).

## Getting around

Private parking is available on site. The villa is a 15-minute drive from both the airport and bus station. This makes arrivals and departures easy.

## Other things to note

No pets allowed. No smoking or parties. Baby cot available on request (€15/night, or €12/night from 3 nights). Bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are included.
