Hello! We're the Cavard family from Massachusetts. Our love for spending time on the water has always been a central part of our lives. We envisioned a special retreat where we could create lasting memories with family and friends. When we discovered this charming cabin on Huntress Pond in Barnstead, NH, we knew it was the perfect place. While we cherish our time here, we also wanted to share this serene getaway with others when we're not around. We hope you find the same joy and relaxation in our cabin that we do.
Why they chose this property
We were drawn to this area because of its proximity to a variety of activities that cater to all ages and interests. Beyond the tranquil beauty of Huntress Pond, Barnstead offers easy access to numerous attractions. From exploring local hiking trails to enjoying water activities on nearby Lake Winnipesaukee , there's always something to do. The community's welcoming atmosphere and the abundance of year-round activities make it an ideal location for our retreat
What makes this property unique
Huntress Hideaway is more than just a cabin; it's a labor of love. We've blended rustic charm with modern comforts to create a space that's both cozy and functional. The large covered deck offers uninterrupted views of the lake, making it an ideal spot for morning reflections or evening relaxation. With direct water access, guests can easily indulge in swimming, kayaking, or fishing without leaving the property. The spacious layout ensures that families and groups have ample room to connect, yet find their own private nooks when needed. Thoughtful touches, like the fire pit for marshmallow roasting and the inclusion of amenities for our four-legged friends, reflect our commitment to making every guest's stay special. Whether you're seeking a peaceful retreat or a base to explore the nearby attractions, our cabin offers a unique blend of tranquility and convenience.
