This place is the very best vacation home we have rented in many years! Everything was exceptionally clean and comfortable and welcoming. We normally wont use a rental hot tub because they dont appear clean and serviced but this one was pristine! Highly recommend and well deserved of my 5 star review.
We loved our stay in this beautiful home. Well appointed for all our needs. Owners were great to work with and even accommodated our need to stay an extra day due to travel/weather issues.
This property was the perfect location for our family vacation! Everything about this property exceeded our expectations! We cannot wait to book our next visit.

We had a great stay. The place is wonderful and right on the bus line, so it was easy access to the mountain. The only downside was the hot tub didn't work.

I'm so glad you and your family enjoyed your stay! I am so sorry that the hot tub tech was unable to fix the hot tub in time for you to fully enjoy it. We hope to see you again in the future!
Wonderful home for a family who wants to enjoy staying-in, skiing and just enjoying the mountains. Thank you very much for lending your home to us. Would definitely stay here again.

My husband, infant son and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay with a few of our friends with young kids! This house is perfect for families with kids. The 2 primary bedrooms with en-suites accommodates multiple families perfectly. The kitchen was well-stocked, and even had a highchair! If ever in winter park again, I would definitely choose porcupine ridge for our stay again! Perfect house and perfect location!

We just LOVED our stay. The house was very clean and the pictures were very accurate. It is so convenient to everything. The Safeway is just down the mountain. (5 minutes) Winter Park is an 8 minute drive. We would not hesitate to stay there again. You can’t go wrong with this house! It has everything you need. It is a gem!

We trekked up to Grand County for a long weekend of outdoor fun and Porcupine Ridge Escape was the PERFECT base camp. Well situated in Fraser with easy access to restaurants and the grocery store, the home is quiet, clean, modern, and ready for adventure. While our kids are school aged to teens, the home has plenty of gear for families with littles (high chairs, pack-n-plays, etc, so you can get your kiddos to the high country from the earliest ages. I have a teeny-tiny suggestion--a few towels dedicated to the hot tub...just a thought. Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

I'm so glad to hear you enjoyed your trip! Thank you for your kind words! We do have hot tub towels- must have forgotten to put those out 😣 Sorry! We hope to see you again in the future.
My wife and I rent a large house somewhere in the west every year and get our family together. We have 2 adult sons, their wives and 3 grandchildren. (9 of us in all). The house worked out great for us. The adults enjoyed the 3 bedrooms with king beds and the grandkids had a lot of fun in the bunk room with the big TV and Nintendo. The large kitchen was great and we cooked and ate all 5 dinners at “home”. The hot tub was nice and worked well. All in all we had a very fine time.

Porcupine Pine Escape is a beautiful home with all the necessary amenities needed for a great vacation. We especially appreciated the small, intentional touches such as the plastic drink ware specifically labeled for hot tub use and the plastic eat ware for young kids. All of the finishes in the home are of high quality from the carpet to the kitchen sink. I am a nerd and I was impressed by the custom built, super-sturdy metal hand hand rail running from the second floor to the main floor... The house is centrally located in the area and makes for the perfect temporary home base. We hope to return in the near future!

We are so happy that you enjoyed your stay! We hope to see you again in the future as well!
My group of nine adults (two families) spent four nights at 315 Porcupine Ridge Rd between December 26th and 30th, 2021. I speak for both families when I say, this property was perfect in all respects. First, it was a great location and setup for a two-family vacation experience, including close access to all Winter Park/Fraser activities. The house itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. It very adequately accommodated 9 adults with one bed to spare. The bunk bed room, in particular, was really nice, inclusive of a wide-screen TV and gaming system. The kitchen was organized and well-equipped, to the extent our group decided to cook dinner two out of the four nights. The hot tub was also a welcome amenity, particularly after a day of snowmobiling and tubing. (Note: Conveniently, Fraser Tubing Hill is just across the highway.) Furthermore, the colorful oil paintings throughout the house added a nice touch to the otherwise beautiful interior. Bottom line, we loved Porcupine Ridge Escape and strongly recommend it to any group wanting to vacation in/around Winter Park, CO. We can't wait to rent this house again in the near future!

We had an amazing stay! The house is gorgeous with high end furnishings and was fully stocked!
The hot tub and kid room (with bunk beds, lounge, and a Nintendo) were the cherries on top!
The location is great! Close to trails, a mile from a grocery store, and close to winter park resort for a day on the mountain.
We look forward to returning soon!
