Villas at Somerset Luxury Condo Rental

This luxury three-bedroom / two-bath condo, located within the 'Villas at Somerset' resort in Kissimmee, Florida, sleeps up to eight and is located 15 minutes from the maingate of Disney World's Theme parks and Disney Springs. There is the Animal Kingdom, new Toy Stories theme and the opening of the Star Wars: Galaxy Edge theme park within Hollywood Studios. The Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Wizarding World of Harry Potter with the new Hargrid Coaster ride, City Walk, Volcano Bay, and SeaWorld are just a short drive away. There is a new third Universal theme park...."Epic Universe" that is scheduled to open on May 22, 2025. The many east/west coastal beaches and Kennedy Space Center is approx. a short 55 minute drive. The condo offers all the amenities such as A/C, full kitchen, flat screen 50 and 43 inch cable TV; DVD Blu-Ray player, washer/dryer, wireless internet, and plenty of space. There is a pool, jacuzzi, BBQ area, tennis, fitness room with dry sauna, internet access, all within the resort area. There are some snack machines available at the pool area. In addition, for your nightly enjoyment and entertainment, there is the Seminole Hard Rock Cafe Hotel and Casino, located approx one hour away, off of West I-4 (Tampa). The casino offers Baccarat, Slots, Poker, Craps and BlackJack, and a sports book area, for horse and other sports betting.
During the early spring, there are various MLB spring training venues which are located thruout the state of Florida, like the Detroit Tigers can be seen in LakeLand and Yankees in Tampa, Florida. There are also many discount Premium Outlet Shopping locations at (Lake Buena Vista / International Drive) and high end retailers at the (Millenium Mall, Florida Mall) available all within a short drive.

A few small issues floors needed cleaning when we checked in cook wear needs up grading and a new toaster Wi-Fi signal is weak had trouble streaming tv on fire stick and pool closed for last week we were there. Pool is a short walk which was nice the unit is in the back of the association, so it was quiet . It is a second floor unit we enjoyed our stay

This is a clean, well supplied condo. Comfortable and plenty of room, and close to restaurants and Disney. Communication with owner was prompt and quick, and directions for entrance etc to the condo were spelled out I would definitely stay here again, no complaints and I thought the price was fair. The home was very nice. Comfortable beds. Lots of room. Very busy location, traffic-wise, but you don't hear it. Lovely community pool - not heated, so was pretty cold in February. Stove burners don't work well but host is replacing stove. Pullout couch is very saggy. Overall great place.

Family and I enjoyed our stay but the property desperately needs updating and a deep clean. The dining room table and other surfaces were dusty upon arrival, t dishwasher smelled of mildew, and the shower head in the master bath was losing its shine and was mostly black from hard water, not mold. The neighborhood was not the best and there were some nights that neighbors were loud outside. The property next to ours was gutted and had heavy, loud construction going on, even on the weekend. On our second day we were informed that work on the roof would begin, which is fine, but they started before 8am each morning. Owner was kind and quick to reply when needed.

Wohnung war Sauber und zweckdienlich. Der Kochherd stammt noch aus der Steinzeit ( Aber funktionierte noch ) Im Wohnzimmer konnte man beim TV die Lautstärke nicht regulieren Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist OK Gute Lage. Alle wichtigen Parks und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe Empfelenswert

While we waited for our home to close and be ready for us to move in we stay at this rental. It roomy and had all we needed. Close to all of the sites and it allowed us to watch the progress on our new home. The owner was great to work with.

28 day stay

The condo its self was fine. The master bed is very squeaky so anytime the spouse rolls over it was very loud. Master TV could barely be seen as it sits low compared to height of bed. The toilets need a good cleaning. The floors need a deep cleaning. I don't think they have been mopped in quite awhile. When we originally booked the condo we assumed they were only vacation rentals based on the sign that clearly says vacation rentals however there are a lot of full time residents and they were not the nicest in the area we were at. The pool area was not open while we were there and the fitness center was only opened 3 days a week during awkward hours.
