- Bruyant la nuit : passage de toutes les chenillettes de la station en bas de l’immeuble
- salles de bains hors d’âge, en très mauvais état : peintures écaillées, moisissures, etc
- cuisine : pas de hotte … donc de multiples tâches de gras sous les meubles hauts
- salon et escalier : canapé avec une housse vieille et limite propre, tâches sur les murs, moquette à moitié posée dans l’escalier, fenêtres non isolantes et moisies …
Bref, pour le même prix, on doit pouvoir trouver mieux …
