Spacious living and dining room, open kitchen, 3 bedrooms including 1 room with 2 bunk beds for 4 children. 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. Large covered terrace and free sun terrace, garden furniture and barbecue. Enclosed garden with old trees, quiet location, very relaxing. Parking.

Ideal for 1 or 2 families with children or large families.
No pets. Non smoking house.

Location and location of the accommodation:
House in a quiet side street of a residential area, unobstructed view, no opposite. Lake with a monitored sandy beach in approx. 200 m distance. Atlantic beach (Mimizan-Plage) 16 km. Shops around the corner.

Small, quiet holiday resort on the lake of Parentis / Biscarosse. Mild tourism. Bar and restaurant on the lakeshore. Weekly market, grocery, bike rental, tennis courts, sailing and windsurfing school, small boat harbor, water sports and fishing opportunities on site. Very good network of cycle paths and hiking trails in the pine forests. Golf course, riding stables nearby.
