On the ground floor with private entrance, this space is perfect for a couple's romantic getaway or travelling executive. Perfect location

Very cute place, walkable distance to a lot of stuff. Pictures and listing are accurate. The bed, however, was extremely firm. Wall part of the shower had a dign saying not to use it, if it needs to be fixed then that needs to be specified.

Perfect location for a Savannah vacation for 2!

This space is ideal for a couple looking for an easy getaway. Much of downtown Savannah is within walking distance. Easy coming and going, and parking is not a problem.

Wonderful Stay!

Nice place to stay for a few days in Savannah. The location was great. It was quiet, but still a pleasant walk to wherever we wanted to go. Clary's a quick walk away for a great breakfast.

Anniversary Getaway

This is a great property for a couple for a quick getaway to Savannah! It was the perfect space for two and within walking distance to all of our favorite places. We would definitely stay again for our next trip!

We were in town for a wedding and this was the perfect location! We could walk just about everywhere and the place was clean and well equipped for our stay. We would definitely stay again.

Great property with excellent location

The property was fantastic with everything we needed. It is easy walking distance to the river and historic district. After spending the days out enjoying the area it was nice to come back to this light filled relaxing property.

Great location, cozy vibes

My husband and i had a great stay for his 40th birthday. The property manager let us check in early which is a huge perk if youve flown in. Its within walking distance to everything in downtown hisrotic savannah but on a quiet street.we did have a plumbing issue during our stay but the property manager responded right away and handled the issue to our satisfaction. Even with this, id stay there again.

Great space and place

Small cottage in the historic district that is perfect in location and space for a couple. We walked all over and got to see the wonderful city. I would definately recommend this cottage- Cindy was great and we had a memorable week. Definately would stay here again!!

Unconfortable bed

Clean studio-style apartment. Bed is biggest drawback. Toilet also sits too high for shorter people. Needs some tweaks, maintenance.

Great location and a short walk to Clary's. Very clean and quiet. Comfortable bed and nicely updated. Vinyl collection and record player were a fun touch! Our host Cindy was very responsive, professional and kind.

Beautiful quiet cottage on the corner in walking distance to everything.

My husband and I loved staying in this little cottage for 3 days. It was cheerful and roomy--especially with the addition of a private patio in the back. I discovered a record player when I first walked in and ended up playing a few old favorites from the record collection. The house is in walking distance to Forsyth Circle and other wonderful historic places in Savannah. We loved having a washer and dryer, and a well appointed kitchen for cooking. We have such a pleasant memory of our stay here, and we'll be sure to return. The owner, Cindy, was very responsive and helpful with any of our questions or needs. Sweet Spot!`

The minute we opened the door, we new we had hit the VRBO jackpot! The unit was just as pictured (and even better). Fully stocked kitchen, bathroom and great living space. Loved the small, outside courtyard! Super location and walkable to all downtown Savannah sites. Would definitely book again for our next stay!

I love this property because of its superb historic district location. Close to everything but a little off the beaten path in a quieter side of downtown. This space is so open and airy with a comfortable courtyard space too. Perfect for short term or long term getaway.
