Great location. Make sure you bring your own toilet paper; she only provides a “starter roll”. You have to go around the back of the house via a back of the house alley/road. She does not tell you this. That’s fine but it would have been nice if she had told me this ahead of time.
Directions to property, spot on. Easy to check in.There was COFFEE!!!!!!!! Clean, essentials were there. Water pressure to be desired, but not terrible
Very clean and updated rental. Beds were comfy and neighborhood was quiet. Upstairs tenant was quiet too. One minor detail, had to punch the code to unlock the door several times before it worked. Not a big deal though. Highly recommend.
Great place for a quiet stay. Plenty of room for our family - the living room area was a nice place to relax and read. Great location and easy parking. Pat and Erin were great hosts. Would definitely stay again.
Clean for the most part, only issue is the tenants upstairs not noisy but because the floors are wood, and they wear work boots their footsteps were loud in the morning. Overall good close to all attractions and restaurants.
This rental is in a beautiful neighborhood with old houses and tree lined streets. One bedroom was very nice. The second bedroom was a bit makeshift. And the kitchen was OK. The overhead lights were stark lighting. It was a good value. And could be made even nicer with a few extra touches.
Get location. Very convenient driving to all we wanted to do.
Charming older home that has been nicely restored, in a historical district. Would definitely stay here again.
This property was perfect for our family of 4 and was a very reasonable cost. It was cozy and had everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable. Also it was a good location and close to everything we wanted to do!
I’m a sucker for a solid ‘historic’ home. It was perfect for our stay, beds were cozy, layout was perfect, amenities were on point! Would definitely book again and recommend to anyone staying in the Chattanooga area. Perfectly located close enough to restaurants and attractions, but also far enough away to enjoy the quiet.
Loved our stay in this beautiful old house. The beds were super comfy and the place was perfectly quiet and in a great location for seeing all the tourist sites in Chattanooga. Also close to some amazing restaurants! We had one small issue arise during our stay and the host responded quickly and everything was fixed by the time we were home from dinner.
Enjoyed staying at this location while in Chattanooga for the weekend. The house was clean and well furnished. Attention to the extra little details was much appreciated!

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location
Disliked: Listing accuracy
Weekend getaway
Place was tidy upon arriving. Parking is kinda a pain. The tenants on the upper level were crazy load and it echoed through the floors/ceiling
