Spotless. Professional. Small, older house but had absolutely everything our family of four needed. Some higher end upgrades had been added since the listing pictures, which were appreciated. We were able to access two trails on foot. Would definitely stay again, great value!
Great house and excellent location for our needs. This was our second stay and Mike is always very accommodating and great to work with. The house is exceptionally clean and well appointed. Great for two people!!
We had a wonderful stay at this cute property. It is conveniently located a short drive from St. Elmo. My brother worked at the house during the day and he said it was a comfortable place to work. The house was very clean. I didn’t cook much, but the kitchen is well stocked for anyone who plans to cook. The owner communicated details about the property clearly.
We had such a wonderful stay! The house was cute and well stocked. The location was excellent as well as we split time between lookout mountain and downtown Chattanooga. I'd highly reccomend it!!
This is probably the cleanest place we have ever stayed. The location is great, just a short drive to everything Chattanooga has to offer. There is a Food City right down the road along with some restaurants, ice cream and the Incline Railway. We would absolutely stay here again!
It was a lovely, clean, and comfortable stay. The home was in an excellent location (a quiet, charming neighborhood and close to a lot of sights, plus a nature trail), had all of the amenities we needed, and the host was amazing in answering any questions we had. Would stay here again!
We very much enjoyed our stay here! The house was adorable and the location was amazing! We comfortably fit a family of four. The house had all the amenities we needed, including some games and puzzles we did as a family at night after very full days around town. It was so easy to get downtown or to the mountain. There is even a hiking/ biking trail right across the street that we took advantage of. We had an amazing time! Definitely worth a stay here in St Elmo!
This house is adorable and clean. It’s in a perfect location; right on Lookout Mountain so close to many fun activities. We loved our visit in Chattanooga.
We loved our stay in this cozy and clean rental house. It was just enough space for my husband, mother, 3 year old daughter, and myself. The location is on a quiet street just a few minutes from Rock City and down the road from the cute St. Elmo restaurants, shops, and Lookout Mountain Incline. Would highly recommend!
House was perfect for my wife and I as we visited my daughter and grandkids nearby. We visit a few times a year and will certainly look into the availability to stay here again.
The house in St.Elmo was exactly as advertised. Clean, updated and the size was perfect for our Bachelorette weekend in Chattanooga. All the amenities were top notch! Plus the location is great: quiet and cozy but close to everything. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
Great location for us, clean and accommodating. There wasn’t an additional couch as pictured in the photos which would have been nice with our family of 6. It was a tight fit but served our purpose and budget. The door was a bit tricky at time to get in but we were informed by the host that it was. Overall, we would return and had a great trip visiting Chattanooga.
