Location: The perfect spot for a wonderful holiday: right in the heart of VANNES, Ploeren, and LUSCANEN, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, stores, and shopping centers. An ideal hub for exploring the Morbihan region: the Quiberon Peninsula, the Gulf of Morbihan, or the Rhuys Peninsula.
What if it rains? A cinema within walking distance, shopping centers within walking distance, Speed Park (go-karting, bowling, laser tag) within walking distance… and your own game room at home: darts, foosball, and arcade games.
Recommended for 8 people; accommodates up to 10 (8 adults and 2 children on the sofa bed).
The house features a large, enclosed 1,000 m² garden with a heated pool, patio furniture, a ping-pong table, and a barbecue.
Pool house with an outdoor shower and toilet.
On the ground floor, a spacious 60 m² living room and kitchen.
Fully equipped kitchen: microwave, oven, dishwasher, induction cooktop, range hood… + game room (foosball and arcade games with 5,000 titles)

Master suite with bathroom, walk-in closet, and bathroom
Garage (with large freezer) and pantry (washing machine and dryer).
Upper floor: 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and tub, and a toilet. + Another master suite with a bathroom and toilet. (3 bedrooms total on the upper floor). The 4th bedroom upstairs remains locked for our personal belongings.

Maximum occupancy: 10 people (8 adults and 2 children on a sofa bed)
No parties allowed (please be considerate of the neighbors)
