***I offer an all inclusive experience in my cozy cabin themed townhome. 3 bedroom, 3 full bath, with deck & custom outdoor bar area. Perfect for a cocktail or morning coffee located just 50 ft from the swimmable Lake Segovia in Hot Springs Village. It is a cozy 12 acre lake. Trolling motor boats only on the lake. Conveniently close to the West Gate & 0.5 miles to Desoto Golf Course. Private Hot tub overlooking the lake with mounted tv... The ultimate Netflix and chill!! Need to warm up and don’t want to get wet? Relax in my sauna located in basement bedroom!! Basement bedroom is only accessible by the deck stairs or side slope of house. Included is seasoned wood for your indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit. 4 total beds: 1king, 2 queen, and a leather sofa futon for guests 7-8. There are 6 kayaks, 4 adult and 2 child’s sized, 5 fishing poles, and of course a 4-6 person spa including tv to relax & unwind for you! Indoor sauna as well for the chilly nights!Warm up by the outdoor fire pit. 5 total tv’s w/ 400 speed WiFi. This a Quiet, peaceful neighborhood . Pet friendly & only 2 minutes to the front gate & Brookshire grocery store & Walmart nearby too. Large 3rd bedroom basement room w/ 55 intv, sauna, full bath, pub table, queen bed , futon fridge , microwave included!! Keyless entry I’ll provide code after 11:00 AM on arrival day. Note: A security camera has recently been installed overlooking the front door entrance. Fur babies welcomed as well. Public pool available a mile away for 5pp/day during the summer months. Pickelball courts a mile down the main road Desoto.

To save energy costs, Turn off ac/heater upon exit please and close flue on chimney when not in use. Also no, no wipes of any type down toilet

Lovely and peaceful!

All the positive reviews are accurate! The property was exactly as described and pictured, clean, and the location was so peaceful and beautiful. Comfy beds, and lots of extra blankets and pillows were available. Communication with the host was exceptional, and the recommendations he provided were solid. The place was comfortable and had everything we needed. Being able to grab a kayak and get out on the water just steps from the house is my new favorite amenity. :) Would definitely stay again!!

It appears the pictures were taken to deceive the room locations and size. Very dark home with limited lighting that is not identified. I would not bring a young family due to having to go outside for one room. Hot tub leaked or always had water around it. Not very private on the deck and no privacy in the master bedroom due to direct connect duct work to the bedroom below. Last stay for me and my family for sure.

Relaxing location

Located within a gated (mostly retiree) community. Great trails for walking, pickle ball, golf courses and beautiful trees and lakes. It is an older community but we enjoyed the time warp as it reminded us of places we stayed when we were kids- very 80s but nice. Short drive to Hot Springs.

Wonderful place for kids!

We LOVED our stay in HSV. The kids enjoyed the lake, kayaking, fishing, hot tub, and the park. This place was everything the adults wanted it to be and more! You will not regret your decision to stay here. This owner goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is a good one. Will definitely stay here again.
