Pretty, friendly two-room apartment in Dresden-Bühlau / Bad Weisser Hirsch, one of the most beautiful residential areas in the city, directly on the Dresdner Heide.
The 65 sqm basement apartment has a separate entrance, a spacious living / dining room with dining area and comfortable sofa bed (180 cm wide) for two more people, a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher) and a shower room. There is a cozy seating area in the garden, which can usually be used. Bicycles brought along can be stored in a bicycle storage room.


Parking is easy in front of the house on the street.
The tram and bus stops are 250 meters away, as is the bakery, supermarket and pharmacy. On Ullersdorfer Platz in Bühlau, in Weißig, on Körner Platz and on Weissen Hirsch there are other shops, banks, petrol stations, post offices, high ropes climbing park, golf course, swimming pool, bars and restaurants opened in January 2016.

Excellent in every way!

The apartment is beautiful and had everything we needed. It was a great home base for us to explore Dresden, walk in the woods and take a day outing to the national park Saxon Switzerland. We used both tram and bus which were easy walking distance as were bank, groceries and most important bakeries. So if you don't mind being out of the city center this is a quiet peaceful neighborhood. I would definitely come back.

Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung in einer der schönsten Lagen in Dresden! Die Wohnung selber ist sehr ruhig gelegen, fußläufig zur Heide und die Bahn in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Auch für Familien mit Kindern wärmstens zu empfehlen,vom Hochstuhl über einen Hocker bis hin zu einer großen Kiste Duplo ist alles sehr kinderfreundlich eingerichtet, was es natürlich als Eltern besonders entspannt gemacht hat. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

Wirklich wunderschöne und vor allem ruhige Gegend im Villenviertel Dresdens. Alles da was man nur braucht.Bushaltestelle nicht weit entfernt und auch Bäckerei oder Aldi Lidl alles um die Ecke.Kleines manko: Das Schlafsofa ist halt kein BettVerschiedene Restaurants in der Nähe .... Da braucht man nicht in der Innenstadt teuer essen gehen.Rundherum ein schönes Objekt.

Wir haben ein verlängertes Wochenende in Dresden und Umgebung verbracht. Die Lage der FeWo ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für unsere Ausflüge zur Bastei,nach Görlitz und ins Umland von Dresden gewesen.Die Ausstattung war perfekt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt.Die Villa liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend.

Die überaus schöne Villa liegt als Ausgangspunkt für Dresden und Umgebung perfekt in einer ruhigen Lage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Bäckereien und Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir waren begeistert von der geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung und dem schönen Garten.

Sehr empfehlenswert

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße in der Nähe des großen Waldstückes Dresdner Heide und ist ausreichend groß für zwei Personen. Sie beinhaltet alles, was man braucht. Das Wlan funktioniert einwandfrei und ist so stark, dass auch Homeoffice gelingt. Fahrräder lassen sich in einer umgebauten Garage problemlos einstellen. Fußläufig erreichbar sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf. Haus und Gelände sind sehr gepflegt. Die Vermieterin hat sich während unseres Aufenthaltes diskret nach unserem Befinden erkundigt und hatte alle notwendigen Hinweise vorab per Mail zur Verfügung gestellt. Fazit: Überaus empfehlenswert!!

Sehr schöne Wohnung. 250 m bis zur Straßenbahn. Für Ausflüge sehr günstige Lage. Aldi und Lidl auch gleich in der Nähe. Die Kinder waren begeistert von der Legokiste Gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Angenehme Temperaturen in der Wohnung auch im Hochsommer. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
