Maison situee dans un environnement tres calme, à proximité de commerce. Interieur spacieux, équipement cuisine impeccable, literie excellente. Tres belle vue sur les collines. Un bonheur pour votre animal de compagnie également. Belle maison sur les hauteurs de nice. Calme quelque peu troublé par le bruit de débroussailleuse et de tondeuse sur terrains adjacents. Réservation compliqué,le propriétaire exigeant le solde du paiement 7 jours avant votre arrivée sans quoi vous n aurez pas son tel;pas tres rassurant pour les locataires alors qu on avait deja payé plus de la moitié du sejour,ni l adresse exact du bien ce qui ne permet pas de regler le solde le jour d arrivée comme le prévois pourtant la charte d abritel.
