Sun side located, cozy apartment with panoramic views

Our house is located 2 km east of the center 'Matrei am Brenner' and offers with the nearby country road an optimal mix between rural tranquility right on the edge of the forest and the nearby village center.

On 120 m² is a oasis on the ground floor and 1. Floor created in the up to max. 10 people can leave the workday behind.
After an exciting day for adults and children, you can look forward to a shared game in our 2 kitchens, with a large sofa or corner seat. A wood stove gives the cozy ambience a special touch.
While someone in the fully equipped kitchen with 4-burner stove and oven, toaster, coffee maker and refrigerator with freezer, a breakfast, lunch or dinner conjures up, the other guests can watch a thrilling movie (satellite TV available) or about the internet share their experiences with friends at home.

For your good night's sleep, there are 4 separate bedrooms with double beds and a sofa bed, with a bedroom on the first floor with a balcony overlooking the surrounding vegetation.

In the spacious bathroom with plenty of towels and towels, you can relax with a shower with massage jets from the busy day.
The garden around the house, with sun terrace, is equipped with some garden chairs and tables and invites the guest to enjoy a few cozy evening hours with the magnificent view of the surrounding mountains.
Even your pet, which you can take with you on request, will feel well in the garden.

Alleinstehendes Haus - perfekt für uns als Guppe

Das Haus hatte alles, was wir uns erhofft hatten - und noch einiges mehr. Dank der vielen Heizkörper war das Haus von Beginn an warm, zusätzlich noch die wohlige Wärme durchs Holzfeuer in den Stuben. Alles perfekt vorbereitet, sogar viele Getränke und Selbstgemachtes wie Marmeladen und Honig - zum Selbstkostenpreis. Check-in und Check-out hätten angenehmer nicht sein können, alles in allem für uns ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Und wohl nicht der letzte, weil wir im Sommer bestimmt einmal wieder kommen und die Terrasse mit der schönen Aussicht mehr nutzen möchten. In diesem Sinne, danke für alles und bis bald :)

Breathtaking views and plenty of space for all

While our stay was short, we had an excellent experience. Plenty of room for our family of six. Amazing views of the surrounding mountains. Pleasantly surprised to see the home was stocked with snacks and beverages for very reasonable prices. Overall, it was a welcome respite during our multi-day road trip and I would be happy to visit again!

Frau G. hat uns sehr herzlich in ihrem herzigen Ferienhaus empfangen. Wir hatten einen tollen unkomplizierten Aufenthalt. Mehrere Wanderwege beginnen direkt hinter dem Haus. Abbiamo occupato entrambi gli appartamenti, ed in 6 persone siamo stati veramente comodi, con una cucina a pian terreno ideale per compagnie numerose. Punto strategico per gite nella valle di Navis ed in quelle limitrofe. Appartamento con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno accogliente.

Uriges Quartier zum Skifahren

Das Haus entsprach genau der Beschreibung und war optimal für einen Urlaub mit der Familie (2 Eltern und 5, teils erwachsene, Kinder samt Hund). Die Aufteilung der Zimmer ist gut und das Kochen und Heizen in der Küche mit dem Holzofen klappte gut. Allerdings ist das untere Bad sehr klein und kaum zu heizen mit dem Strahler über der Tür. Die Küchenausstattung ist zweckmäßig und reicht für die Anzahl der Personen aus. Parken ist aber sehr schwierig und ich möchte mir nicht vorstellen, wie es aussieht, wenn die steile Zufahrt verschneit ist. frau Gassner ist eine sehr nette und unkomplizierte Vermieterin!

A great property with plenty of space for our large family of 7. The views were spectacular. The host was great and made check-in a smooth and easy process. My only wish was that we could have stayed longer and enjoyed this lovely house and area even more.

Großes Haus mit zwei Wohneinheiten.

Das Haus liegt am Hang zwischen Navis und Matrei und bietet ausreichend Platz für 7 und mehr Personen. Die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig. Wer geräuschempfindlich ist, den stört vielleicht die Autobahnnähe und vor allem das sehr laute Pumpgeräusch, wenn ein Wasssehahn oder eine Spülung betätigt wird.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Ist ein sehr schönes Haus in einer sehr ruhigen Lage aber trotzdem mit naher Autobahn Anbindung. Das Haus an sich macht einen sehr guten Eindruck, vor allem die Duschen sind top. Zusammenfassend gesagt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt
