The Townhouse on Crawford Square brings chic opulence to a classic historic home in a charming Landmark District neighborhood. Directly across from lovely Crawford Square, with its popular gazebo, the townhouse is a comfortable trendy abode. Enjoy crisp contemporary decor set against the backdrop of exposed brick and the ornate detail of a box newel post. You get the best of many worlds at the Townhouse on Crawford Square. The main floor is open and spacious with two seating areas, one an intimate space near the decorative fireplace and the other in an area arranged for conversation, games and viewing the flatcreen TV. Soft rugs accent the original hardwood floors, and an impressive signature fan apparatus with moving belt ties the main living areas together. Bold and subtle colors bring excitement and serenity into the space, which includes a petite desk and chair. Your accommodations feature a terrific kitchen. Big, clean and contemporary, the space will delight both "chef" and microwave mavens. Generous counter-space and a substantial island provide ample room for food and beverage preparation, as well as seating for 4. The high-top table seats 2 more. The kitchen is equipped with general cooking utensils, pots & pans and a spice/herb cabinet. Tasteful dinnerware, flatware and glassware is provided. Care to dine al fresco? Enjoy breakfast or sip cocktails or Southern iced tea at the outdoor table in your private courtyard, or take your morning coffee or evening glass of wine to Crawford Square, where you might encounter locals and/or visitors with the same idea. Sleeping arrangements upstairs are stunning. The owners have decorated both suites with a meticulous boutique-inspired eye. The suites each have king beds, ample closet space and full baths. In fact, the master offers a luscious soaking tub, placed discretely behind a modern sliding barn door. The other bath features a unique waterproof covering that mimics the material around a golf ball and in fact bears the Titleist insignia right on the wall. When you step out of these wonderful baths/showers plush towels are at the ready. Stretch out of comfortable mattresses and snuggle beneath high-end linens and comforters. We want you to have a restful night. The new Murphy bed downstairs has a queen mattress and is situated at the far end of the living space so as to afford some sense of privacy. The half bath is conveniently located next to the sleeping area.

This was our first time in Savannah. We enjoyed our stay. Love the atmosphere and history of the city and squares. Location is perfect as everything is within walking distance.
Great property, located in downtown. My family of 4 stayed here and had a great experience. Plenty of space to unwind after spending all day walking in Savannah. It's close enough to the sights. Would recommend staying here.
Absolutely lovely home in the perfect area. We walked to almost everything, restaurants, parks, shopping, etc. Savannah has become one of our favorite spots to visit and this property is in a perfect location. The inside is a mix of old and new and is very comfortable and well stocked. Thanks so much for sharing and we hope to be back!
Was just like pictures with square across street. Our two golden retrievers were accepted which made our vacation. Two weeks weren’t enough. Loved Savannah and the accommodations were perfect for enjoying such a picturesque town.
Charming and quiet neighborhood. Felt very safe. Accommodations were very nice - quaint, clean, and a well stocked kitchen. Perfect for two couples. Enclosed courtyard was great. The only downside was that you cannot fit two cars in tandem. We were able to jigsaw our two cars (one was smaller) with some effort.
This was our 4th time staying in this townhouse. We love the location. Easy walk to all Savannah offers. Townhouse is always very clean and has everything you need for a great stay.
We enjoyed our stay, everything was comfortable and the kitchen was fully supplied. I might suggest the replacement of some of the older pans, but otherwise it was an overall pleasant stay. I would recomend it to anyone looking for a close location to the historic sites all within walking distances.
I loved that house!! Older and historic with modern upgrade. The home is also full of the basic amenities and that makes the stay much more enjoyable. Thank you
This townhouse met all our needs for a long weekend getaway. The location is great with a beautiful square across the street that was perfect for taking the dog out for quick potty breaks. Historic Savannah is a very walkable area and we took full advantage of the property’s proximity to Forsyth park as well as the Riverfront. The only concern would be the steep staircase as both bedrooms and full baths are upstairs. Though not a problem for us or our dog, it would be something to consider if you or your dog has joint issues. We thoroughly enjoyed the place and would stay again.
This was a perfect spot to explorer Savannah for my wife and I. It was close the city historical sites and the river walk area. The designated parking spot was a major comfort even though there appeared to be plenty of parking it was nice to know that you didn't need to use street parking. The house was clean, well decorated and comfortable. Great spot in Savannah.
Our family had a great time! The house was comfortable and located on an adorable square that we walked to everything. Would definitely stay here again!
Loved our stay at this beautiful historic home in a great neighborhood. The home was centrally located, the beds were comfortable and we had a wonderful visit in Savannah!

What makes this property unique
The Townhouse on Crawford Square has an excellent location. You are downtown and in the Historic Landmark District, but you are also in a neighborhood. You can easily walk to restaurants, museums, landmarks, shopping -- everything the area has to offer -- but you are staying in a residential area. You also have two off-street parking spots, located behind the house and accessed by a gate, which opens to the courtyard. Off-street parking simplifies your vacation. Less time looking for and/or paying for parking means more time doing all the wonderful things Savannah has to offer. It also means more time relaxing and socializing in the Townhouse at Crawford Square.
