250.00 cleaning fee seems inaccurate. The garage was filthy and the furniture in there was nasty. We had to sweep it out before others got there. We didn’t want them to see this. The inside was ok, it does need some updates and was very dusty. We did enjoy our stay though, just can’t predict the weather.

We had a great time. The cabin was so clean and nice. We had everything we needed. It was the perfect setup for 4 adults and 2 kids! Would highly recommend and would stay there again!

Overall, we had a wonderful stay in Bridges Bay at this cabin! The host was easily reachable through the process, and the cabin itself was nice. Some positives included a great area to stay the wristbands to the resort were included (for 6 people). Access to the community pool (but we didn't use it during our stay). The cabin itself was nice and had games, a patio table, and grill we could use. The fridge, kitchen, living room, bathrooms, etc. were all clean. We fit our 7 adults 3 kids in there just fine. The neighbors were a bachelorette party, but when inside the cabin you really couldn't hear the noise from their cabin/outside.Some less positive: we expected another bedroom as the listing made it seem like there would be (it says Bedroom 5: Queen Bed - this didn't exist), but we made it work. The garage was a mess, and the bean bags for the game were covered in mold. We had messaged the owner about this. There was also some loose flooring in the kitchen.The list of things you're required to do before you leave also seems like a bit much considering a nice chunk of your payment is a literal cleaning fee (unfortunately, this does seem like the norm at most rentals). Dishes (to an extent), garbage, laundry, and making it appear you weren't even there to begin with to avoid any extra charges seems it should not be something you worry about so much when trying to pack up to head out.Overall, it was a nice place to stay - thank you for having us!

Great Stay

Property was great and fit our needs. 7 family members and two dogs. Great place for us and dogs. Enjoyed Bridges Bay water parks and lake life. Would stay again.

Great Place

We had a great stay! Plenty of room for 8 adults and teens. Loved the welcome basket in the kitchen. Plenty of towels and beds and linens for all. Will definitely stay again
