Nice house with king bed 25min to Niagara falls

We had to reach you due to hosting an unauthorized party that you were holding and neighbors complained that it was causing noise. Its unfortunate but true that you violated booking rules and for safety of others we have to speakup.

We take guest feedback very seriously and always strive to provide a comfortable and seamless experience. In this case, we feel it’s important to clarify the situation surrounding the concerns raised. First, we accommodated the guest’s early check-in request free of charge, allowing them to access the property several hours before the official check-in time. Regarding parking, detailed instructions were provided prior to arrival to help guests navigate the urban setting. The allegation of bedbugs was immediately addressed with urgency. We hired a licensed pest control company to conduct a thorough inspection, which confirmed that there was no evidence of bedbugs or any pest activity on the property. Additionally, all our mattresses are protected with high-quality waterproof and pest-proof coverings, ensuring a clean and hygienic environment for all guests. Despite these findings, we still bore the cost of professional pest control services to ensure peace of mind. Unfortunately, without any verified evidence of the issue, we could not accommodate the guest’s refund request. We regret any inconvenience the guest may have experienced and are committed to improving where necessary. We pride ourselves on maintaining high standards and remain dedicated to providing excellent service to all who choose to stay with us.

I am sorry to see this review as it does not represent reality. We do full cleaning between guests and keep everything up to date. All kitchen appliances, surfaces, and floors are disinfected between guests. We do provide few food items (without any charge or promise to provide) that are in the refrigerator many of my guests are happy to use them. There is no leftover or expired food. Regarding sleeping capacity, we have a separate note (in the listing description) describing each item and we tend to over-communicate and reconfirm with guests to ensure they are aware of the arrangements. We communicated with Beth well before her booking and she said she understood. This house finished a major rebuild a little over a year ago and was inspected and certified by the city. I Assure you there are no structural or safety issues with the house.
