This property is centrally located in the city. The entry into the property was under construction with dust and debris. The bedroom is a little small for the size of bed in the room. The bed is extremely hard.

The construction/renovation in the building left a lot of debris both on our items and in the apartment and there were constantly people outside of our door on a ladder spackling the walls which left a huge mess. We could have used more towels and cleaning supplies. Location was excellent.

The air condition was amazing!!! It’s really hot and the AC was a game changer. The unit was centrally located and was very convenient. We were only 10-15 min away from any attraction we wanted to see.

The information from the host about how to access and make the most of this property was probably the best I have experienced in many stays. Location was great for walk ability and access to public transit, and the stay was very comfortable. Having both AC and a washing machine was very helpful.

Location of this property is absolutely amazing! It’s walking distance to all major sites like St Peter’s, Pantheon, Trevi, Colosseum. It is located in a very charming street, filled with restaurants, shops etc. However the building itself is very old and smelly, we had to cover our nose to ride in the elevator (having one though is a bonus as stairs can be quite steep trying to bring luggage upstairs). Once in the apartment, it’s clean and has everything you need for a short stay.

Do not stay here! This place made me not want to use VRBO ever again! I have been to Rome many times but this one made me not want to come back! The building is under construction and VERY dirty! The door to the building was open the entire time we were there, It did not feel secure! The bathroom is really gross and the shower is as small as a coffin! The Ac did not work well enough to cool the place down! There are so many amazing places to stay in Rome do not waste your time with this one!

Apartment was in a great area, within 15-20min walk from most tourist attractions and in a lovely area of Rome with restaurants and grocery stores close by. The space was perfect, we used the fold out sofa as there were 4 of us. Kitchen was well equipped. Hosts were super responsive with texts and made sure we were happy and comfortable. Great stay.

A cute little 1 BR apt right in the centre of town. Close to many attractions, shopping and restaurants. The apt was comfortable and welcoming and provided everything we needed for a 3 day stay. While it’s in the centre of town, it’s on the 4th floor and one can not hear noise at night.

Great location in central Rome. Lots of restaurants, shopping within short walking distance. Generally comfortable. There is an elevator, but you have to walk up a floor to get to it. Kitchen is fairly well equipped. Shower is ok, but fairly small.

Location, location, location

The apartment’s location is ideally situated to access major tourist sites, restaurants, grocery stores, shops, and public transportation. There is even a spot to stash your bags on the block if you arrived too early for check in. It’s not a fussy place, and has all the essentials I needed for a pleasant 5-day stay.
