Wake up to gorgeous Gulf of Mexico water and beach view and enjoy breathtaking private sunsets every evening ! First row on famous white powder sanded beach of Siesta Key with unobstructed views! Three story townhouse, located in hearth of the Island, close to Siesta Key Village with all restaurants, shops and bars. 2 large verandas with comfortable sitting and dining sets and patio on first floor with grill; 3 office desks, open floor plan, lots of space. sleeps maximum 4 adults and 2 children.The guest bedroom can be divided into 2 rooms by sliding track doors, separating the king size bed and the bunk bed.
Hearth of Siesta Key Island, small community of 8 units, sharing the driveway and deeded access to the beach. Quiet.

Perfect View and Access to Siesta Key Beach

Great location if you are looking to stay on Siesta Key. Beautiful view of the beach and private access to walk directly on to the beach. Just a few short minutes from Siesta Key Village with amazing restaurants and just a short drive over the bridge to get to downtown Sarasota.

The condo is beautiful. You can't beat the view. Private walkway to secluded part of the beach. Half mile walk to the village. The condo was very well stocked and we really enjoyed our stay.

Habatat trip

When we rented the house we were not told there would be hammering, drilling, banging, etc from the attached condo being remodeled next door which took place 27 days out of the 30 we stayed. However the location to town and beach were walkable.

This is our response to the last review received. We are sorry our guests could not fully enjoy the beauty of this property on their vacation because of the problem with construction next door, but we were told the construction will be finished by the time of their arrival by the HOA and also by the contractor we met on the property. Unfortunately it was not. We complained to the HOA, requesting to contact owners and have them stop the construction during the peak of the season, but by the time the wheels start rolling, the construction was finished and our guests departed. The construction hours were enforced by HOA, so at least evenings and weekends were quiet with exception of one Sunday, when one worker came to work, but left after our complaint. If known ahead, we would fait to enforce them to pause the work for season, but again, we were assured the work will be done on time. Best regards Property Management

Great views - right on the beach

The location is perfect - right on Siesta Key Beach. Sunset views from all levels. Wake up to a view of the ocean from the top floor bedroom. 1 km from Siesta Village restaurants and entertainment. The rooms were larger than expected based on the pictures. Well appointed kitchen - lots of glassware, pots, pans and cooking utensils. Large capacity washer/dryer on upper floor. The grill was also top notch. Outdoor shower and hose to clean off before entering. New beach chairs, umbrella and a cart for the short trek to the beach. Main floor furnishings and decor may not be to everyone's liking, but no complaints here. Very clean.Communications with the host were excellent, with prompt responses to questions.Overall, a great experience.

GREAT LOCATION!

You couldn't find a better location....right on the beach ....5-10min walk into the village. Tons of room great multiple patios. Although dated it is in good shape, but a few things need to be done...ice/water not working on fridge....had to upgrade TV package as it included barely the news....had to go buy my own beach chairs...bbq was a struggle to start... all that being said would stay again in a heartbeat
