This modern vacation home offers 2 bedrooms and space for up to 4 guests for the perfect vacation getaway. Private hot tub is available to use after a long day of outdoor adventures.
The master bedroom features a chic queen bed with a tv and ample closet space.
The second bedroom includes a twin bunk bed with a pull out trundle and desk space. Top Bunk and pull out beds are not suitable for adults. Please see below the weight capacity details listed below.
In the bathroom you will find a shower, starter toiletries and heated flooring.
In the lovely living room/ dining space there is a pullout couch that turns into a full sized bed, a dining table that seats up to six that can be folded in for more space, and a 50 inch TV.
The kitchen area includes a fridge, toaster oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker with some starter coffee pods and a tea maker.
There is NO kitchen stove and kitchen sink.
On the balcony you will find brand new hot tub, rattan patio dining set and a BBQ grill that has a stove top option. The balcony faces the street.
Private washer and dryer are available to use. Dimmer switches throughout.

No Air Conditioner (The majority of Lake Tahoe does not have Air Conditioning due to our mild temperatures). During the summer months we provide a fan.
Guest Access
There are 2 buildings on our lot:
Front building is our guest house, located above the garage with a private balcony and hot tub. Private entrance, but no access to the garage. No yard access. You have to climb stairs.
Back building is the owner's full time residence.
Guest interaction
We live full time in the back house and we are available for any questions, or guidance via text or call. We have a key code on the front door for contact less check in/ check out. We try to help our guests with advice on local activities and attractions.
Guests can use one parking spot on the driveway and during the summer months you can also park on the street.
Other details to note:
Our guest house does NOT have full kitchen (no kitchen sink and stove). There is refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, small oven, toaster, coffee maker, tea maker.
You can use the outdoor BBQ and side burner.
We need the name, address and phone number of each adult guest and a written acknowledgement that you all understand your legal responsibilities with regards to vacation rentals in El Dorado County.
The regulations include:
• No parties, events, or large gatherings
• Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am
• No balcony or hot tub use after 10 pm (even if used quietly)!
• No unregistered guests between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking/vaping in the house or balcony
• One parking spot on the driveway. No parking on
• the street between Nov 1-May 1 in snow conditions
• Never leave trash outside. Do not leave food in your vehicles as bears may break into them.
• No pets
• Do not feed the wildlife
